“The service was efficient and delivery was on the day promised. Price was good, but £50 for delivery was outrageous!”

“Was not told about delivery date until driver was 1 hour away. Luckily i was at home that day. On querying this I was told an E-Mail and text had been sent informing me but I checked again and had not received either of them. The Driver told me it was a common occurrence that that people where not informed regarding delivery. One item was missing but this was resolved fairly quickly. Otherwise everything was ok, the driver helpful and parts delivered safely with only minor damage at edges.”

Hi John, Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that you did not get your delivery confirmation email. This was sent out however it can sometimes get blocked by spam filters or server level restrictions that we have no control over. With regards to your text message. “Hi, when the boards were delivered they were wrapped with tape, which when removed took off the aluminium covering on the board. Also the corners had the aluminium covering creased. The covering was not repairable and had to make do with what was sent. Not great and wasnt happy but the boards were required that day to finish a job.”

“Ordered celotex, received a different, cheaper brand. I wasn't informed of this before delivery nor offered a refund for the difference in price. A few corners were a little rough but still usable.”

“The product and price were great but the packing and delivery were very poor. Some boards came loose during transit (lets be frank not much effort was put into packing them up carefully) Many boards (both those that came lose and those still on the pallet) had damage on their edges and corners - not too damaged that they couldn't be used but enough damage to make it a real pain to have to trim and patch too many boards. Why not try to use those cardboard corner protectors ?to put up with the hassle of returning the product? The delivery driver was helpful though - taking the pallet away.”

“Proactive communication could have been a lot better. Missed expected delivery date, didn't let me know so I turned up to install to find insulation not there. Very helpful when I called them. Delivery turned up next week but products delivered were not Celotex as ordered but another brand. This was not discussed with me in advance. I turned up to install it to find it was a different brand, and having already wasted one trip to site I had to install it although I wasn't very happy with the quality. I know there were supply issues, but talk to customers and discuss what's going on and you'll keep them much happier.”

“Product was fine, but they only delivered 7 out of twelve boards. Not much use when they say the others will arrive a week later. Had to pay someone else much more for next day delivery to do the job.”

“Product was as described and at a reasonable price but i had to chase delivery which did not arrive when it was supposed to. So i had to go and collect it myself making 2 journeys”

“The product and ordering online was fine,was impressed with the tracking so I could keep an eye on what time it was being delivered.As I was not at address I was able to track and get there a few minutes before delivery,shame when the driver opened truck up it was not on the vehicle,he rang the dispatch office. He was told to clear it off his hand held device for delivery details,I was expecting a call just to apologize and a re-delivery date.Never got one untill the next day off another driver to say he was outside the address to deliver goods.Driver was very good and helpfull, I was just a little annoyed that there was no contact before hand to arrange time/day ect.I was satisfied with the goods though so not all bad and i would use again.”

“the goods were fine and there was clear communication from the central office however the driver made absolutely no attempt to maintain distance and insisted I sign for the delivery, (using his pen). I am in a vulnerable group and am shielding, I told him to maintain two metres distance but he ignored me. He needs raining”

“though service and delivery was efficient and at a good price, the boards were all slightly damaged,and as they are going to visible this was not good, I also enquired about painting them with emulsion I was told they could not be painted, if they are first treated with an acid etching fluid they will take an emulsion paint,this may be of use if you get the same question. roger gardiner.”

“I think for no fault of Insulation4Less we were delivered short and the driver had no documents. The process of trying to resolve this has been over long, even given the current Covid circumstances. The excellent prices have been somewhat overshadowed”

“Delivery was very quick, quintherm boards and metallic tape were excellent, however knauf earthwool rolls were delivered soaking wet and needed drying before use. Very inconvenient.”
