“Had two problems with this tape; firstly it would be far better if it was self adhesive, secondly the paper pert of the tape will bubble up when painted if it close to the surface on the edge after plastering with board fill. Other than these two issues it functions well as an edge forming strip.”

“Disappointed that didn’t deliver to isle of wight had to sort out mainland delivery address asked for notification of time for delivery as had to arrange ferry no time given … driver rang whilst on ferry stating wanted to drop off …. Had to arrange with driver collection from Southampton depot …. Transpires depot was supplier of insulation which was closer to ferry terminal and I could have just collected as I did anyway but had to pay delivery £75 instead …, disappointing the lack of communication or forethought as I could not of made situation any clearer or rung any more times”

“Had issues with delivery. I was given a delivery date and advised, via e.mail, that I was not in on that day. I had no response so rang in and was told I would be advised of the delivery when known. I then received an e.mail saying that when the delivery date was known I would be contacted. The delivery was made the next day without any notification from anyone and it was fortunate that I was at home.”

“Materials were fine but delivering to a building site 400m away rather than my home left me: (a) trying to track them down; and (b) having to carry the materials from where they were dropped to my home.”

“Product was as you would expect. Service was ok. Very very miffed at paying 50 quids for delivery only to discover the product came direct from a local supplier 5 miles away”

“Hot water tank lagging arrived (sent to wrong address?). When opened, extremely expensive at £137 for basically 5 plastic bags filled with some insulation material. Also, one of the bags was torn. Really cannot recommend this - sorry.”

“Product price good, delivered on time and in good condition however the product delivered was not what I ordered (I was sent celotex rather than recitical) which isn't a problem but would have been nice to be asked.”

“no communication about acceptance of order of timing of delivery very pleased with delivery when it did happen and the product, Had started looking for product elsewhere in meantime because wasn't sure when/if it would arrive and would have cancelled this order. more communication would have been good”
