The product and price were great but the packing and delivery were very poor. Some boards came loose during transit (lets be frank not much effort was put into packing them up carefully) Many boards (both those that came lose and those still on the pallet) had damage on their edges and corners - not too damaged that they couldn't be used but enough damage to make it a real pain to have to trim and patch too many boards. Why not try to use those cardboard corner protectors ?to put up with the hassle of returning the product? The delivery driver was helpful though - taking the pallet away.
