Proactive communication could have been a lot better. Missed expected delivery date, didn't let me know so I turned up to install to find insulation not there. Very helpful when I called them. Delivery turned up next week but products delivered were not Celotex as ordered but another brand. This was not discussed with me in advance. I turned up to install it to find it was a different brand, and having already wasted one trip to site I had to install it although I wasn't very happy with the quality. I know there were supply issues, but talk to customers and discuss what's going on and you'll keep them much happier.
