About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Slite issue on entering some details. Otherwise a good range of options giving plent of choice in how to use voucher”

“The web sales system does not work in most browsers when paying for your purchase. Most of the products are more expensive than in other similar stores. Physical stores do not usually have the products that are on the web. Even so, I like the system of points and discounts that they have, although you cannot apply them to products that already have a discounted price. I like the customer service of the stores and that the store account is synchronized with the online account. You can find a bargain and it is worth visiting their website. I have bought and will continue to buy at Infinity because their products are of quality, although it is true that I will also continue to buy some products in other stores that, being the same, you find cheaper.”

“After a minor issue with lack of stock, Infinity quickly made sure that I had my delivery ASAP. Best price available anywhere on the boots I purchased.”

“Great selection and helpful staff(I’ve only used the online sales). I knocked 1 star off as I submitted a price match request for a visor which another company had about 10-15 % cheaper and got back a ‘can’t compete’ so won’t price match, but I did get a response.”

“Bought some boots online , I made a mistake returned to shop , went a little fizzy when getting my actual size , due to new staff at shop but all was sorted out and could not be more helpful after that .”

“Lads in the Store in Farnborough were great and really helpful. I decided to not impulse buy and ended up buying online later on when home. Delivery by DPD took four days when other motorcyle stores I use manage to deliver via DPD next day every time. Could have been 5stars if Infinity up their game for deliveries.”

“Really happy with the items ordered and the price, despatch took a few days but once sent they arrived quickly plus I got the items in plenty of time for when I needed them and within the quoted delivery timeframe so not really an issue”
