About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Would have been 5 star but they left the security tag on (postal order) and told me to go to the local supermarket to get it off. I looked like a a shoplifter 🤣 Otherwise, great 👍”

“They would have got 5 stars had they sent the right-sized product. I ordered 2XL, the invoice said 2XL yet in the package was XL! Still seems pretty easy to exchange!”

“Ordered a helmet on the 25th August that should of arrived by the 30th. Still hadn't arrived by the 31st so I contacted infinity. They said it was coming from the supplier as there inventory was incorrect and they had none in stock. Hopefully it will arrive on the 2nd September or 5th September. Other than this they've always been great.”

“No hassle, straightforward, and fast service. I ordered a crash helmet online, and I am very happy with the outcome.Thanks I have previously ordered from a different company in Lincolnshire, and they were terrible, an absolute mess.”

“I asked for a refund due to the goods not fitting correctly and due to incorrect purchase for my bike type. I had no hassle at all ! Perfect.”

“My package was a day later than they had quoted me which meant I had to re-route delivery. I am not convinced that it had even been sent to courier until I called and asked why I had no confirmation of sending email. That said, once I’d had the email, the package was shipped and arrived in good order. I am very satisfied with the product.”

“Hi All I am very happy with the purchased product, RICHA RAIN WARRIOR JACKET, your descriptions are right and the prices are also ok, I am not complaining about this. But if I had paid more attention to your delivery service, DPD, I honestly wouldn't have bought anything. In my opinion they are the worst for deliveries, their drivers are super fast, I have seen the back of the van twice and there was nothing I could do, I had to pay a difference to have weekend delivery, otherwise I was still in a rush, to try to reach my delivery.”

“Brilliant mesh jacket. Cools you down very well, tested with a 300 mile day in the welsh brecons. The alternate colours are a plus, not just the black standard. I chose light grey and its a great talking point. Button click at the neck nice and loose, and when "going some" no parachute effect. So good for faster riders. Only 1 thing (hence 4 stars), no zip connect to trousers. Yes there are two belt loops on hips only, so the jacket tail still lifts up. A small waist bag soon fixes that. And only 1 pocket, but then with a tank bag not a problem.”
