About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

I ordered gloves with a lead time of 5 days. I have just cancelled after 14 days. Please try to be more realistic about your lead times. Your website says open from 10am and you ring and it says you are closed?

Ordered jacket at 11.00 am on a Thursday as it said next day delivery. Did not arrive until Monday so I had to take a day off work.

I ordered a top 1st June 2023. Received a full suit. Returned as it was an error in picking item off shelf. I repacked and returned suit. Received new parcel 21st June 2023 and it was again a suit. As this seems to be a repeating error. I feel I need to buy the top elswhere instead of repeating this situation over and over. Opened first parcel and it is the Suit. It is concerning to see that our errors in processing your order have repeated themselves. I have notified our online manager of this error so we are able to pinpoint where our system is not working and improve our services. Had some screws missing out of the box which had clearly been opened before. A phone call and told they had no more in stock but would get in touch with Oxford and then send the missing items out to me. But as of date I've not received them, so I went out and bought some

I have a £30.00 voucher which when i went to use it today i found out it is now worthless since the vouchers are now only valid for 6 months. Some warning would have been appreciated.

Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of Infinity Motorcycles. Vouchers are only valid for six months, this should have been communicated to you when receiving this. I apologise that this was not the case. Our Club Infinity team are able to reissue unused vouchers if they exceed their expiry date and review these queries on a case-by-case basis. No motorcycle parking had to park on roadside path. And why have you set up two buying accounts so i have two sets of points. As i pay for my good with the same credit card. ?

Hi Raymond, It's possible for multiple accounts to be created when your online account isn't linked to your Clubcard account or when one of our stores can't locate your account and unintentionally sets up a new one. In your situation, your online order automatically created a new account since it wasn't linked to your Clubcard account. I checked for a replacement battery for my headset all 3 were on the website no suggestion of stock issues. A couple of days later I got an email saying all the batteries were out of stock with no idea on when they might be in. Very frustrating

i was sent a dirty and broken hoodi i spent 170£ on and have return it fora exchange when i called the company the person i talked to didnt really seem to care this was part of a £800 order, disapointing

Order placed online. Prompt delivery. Item packaging damaged, item parts missing and faulty. Called customer service and reported issues found. Responding person attempted to account problems with the item to being old, outdated model (!!?). Later received proposal by email for fixing the issues by shipping helmet back, get fixed and return to me. Summary: it is clear that seller has no goods out quality check in place at all. I did not trust the seller personnel to let them work on safety equipment at all.

Stock updates are too slow, item ordered online and paid for only to find out two days later there was no stock, card refund took a couple of days to arrive in my account. Manager was really helpful and offered an alternative but hourly stock updates like that oprrated by the competition would maybe have avoided this situation.

I've not had the most positive experience. My initial order had been cancelled by the shop (marked as "fraud"), which I find surprising given I was purchasing a helmet and had already made a payment with my card, so if anyone was at risk, it would have been me, not Infinity Motorcycles. On top of that, I had received no notification that my order was cancelled (including no response to my follow-up email after the order was made) and had to try and catch them on the phone myself. This whole thing cost me around 50-70 GBP alone due to the conversion rate, which is not directly the shop's responsibility but is still a result of the blunder on their end. Upon calling the shop I was simply advised to use PayPal for the purchase to protect "both myself and them", and they did not seem at all bothered by the inconvenience and the financial loss on my end. Finally, the shop refused to include thicker padding in the Arai helmet upon my request, citing they only do that in person. They did say I can simply purchase an additional, thicker liner and then be refunded for it, but I did not find the liner on the website. In the end, I chose to make the order again simply because the helmet was out of stock everywhere else in the colour/size that I needed, even though it ended up costing me considerably more than the price on the website would have suggested, and not fitting as well as it should out of the box. The delivery was prompt and without issue. I wouldn't *not* recommend Infinity Motorcycles, perhaps the experience is much more positive in person, but wasn't at all positive for me.

Hi Romanas, I apologise for your most recent experience with Infinity Motorcycles. As a business, we take the security protocols we have in place very seriously to stop any fraudulent activity. If an order fails any of these checks, the protocol would be to cancel the order and process a refund. We have a set email we send for this, along with a cancellation email. In the event that this did not happen, we apologise for this and are looking into why this has not happened. In relation to the amount that was refunded. We process a refund back onto the card that was used to purchase the goods, and if you have been given a different amount back from your bank account, you would need to chase this with them to get the correct figure back. You should note the previous transaction to them and ask for the figure back you initially paid. We are also not liable for any fees incurred when processing any international payments. We suggest PayPal as an alternative payment as this is one of the safest methods of purchasing, which has the retailers and the customer protected. As for the interior liner, I believe Arai does have thicker linings but these are at an extra cost and we would always recommend starting with the standard helmet first and then if this is not quite right visit one of our stores to see if you need extra padding. Good communication and speed of delivery. However, the goods provided were poor. The comms adhesive stickers were not tacky. Reported back but had no response.

Second visit to Infinity, first to spend £10,000(MT10)...in Clapham, they couldn't have cared less....needless to say didn't purchase....today to purchase helmet having spoken with the store only yesterday the price has risen £120 today..complete waste of time. Apparently prices can change more than daily....and apparently if that occurs whilst getting there that's just tough. very poor experience despite knowledgeable and helpful store member. The bike sector seems to have forgotten it needs customers not just algorithms !!

Ordered on 4th expected delivery 20th!!!! and after confirm nothing else heard. It would be nice to see some progress. You are asking for a review before delivery has happened so I guess IT system leaves a bit to be desired.
