About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Very quick delivery, but of the wrong helmet. I bought a Bell Bullitt helmet Medium size. The helmet that arrived was a Large size in a Medium labelled box. Something Infinity should have checked before dispatch. Rather than endure the hassle of returning the helmet to unpick their error, I will keep it as it is a close enough fit. I emailed them to tell them of their error but have received no reply.

Ordered item only showing as in stock ! Email from Infinity to say it’s not in stock . Checking website and it’s still showing item as in stock ! Now they have my money and I cant get the item from another supplier!!

You sent out a used pinlock as new that I had to return , then I had to chase tofind out what was happening with the replacement, happy customer before but very disappointed at the moment

I ordered 36 regular size but I received 38 regular. It was extremely clearly which size I ordered. And now there are to many steps to get my order again.

Hi Orçun, I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with Infinity Motorcycles. The trousers have been delivered to our warehouse this morning therefore the exchange will take place either today or tomorrow, therefore you should receive the trousers this week. Hi Jorge, We apologise for the delay. Your order was given to our carrier on 31/08/2022 however due to Parcelforce strikes there may have been a backlog in deliveries; this is probably the reason why your parcel was delivered later than it should have been. Very sorry to say I am a little disappointed. I placed an order for one Furygan D30 back protector and was told delivery would be on 25th August. Two emails and one phone call later - no notification of delay or any delivery. Difficult for me to rate Infinity Motorcycles at the moment.

I enjoy buying products from Infinity Motorcycles, but they use ParcelForce for deliveries. Seriously, one of the worst companies for this kind of service. Not going to buy again from Infinity Motorcycle if ParcelForce continues to be used as a delivery company, sorry. /A

On their website, they state: If you order before 3 pm? will ship it the same day. But this is not the case, i order it around midday, on a weekday, and it was shipped three full working days later.

Hello, I'm sorry you were unsatisfied with your recent order. The product you ordered displayed an expected delivery date of 2-3 working days after purchase, as we had the item available with our supplier. This was advertised on our website, as well as in the order confirmation email, which displayed an estimated delivery date of 3 working days. Next-day delivery is provided on items that are in stock with us at the time of order. We do our best to advertise the delivery dates of our products, but we apologise if this was miscommunicated to you. After ordering expensive leggings the write up says comes with D30 amours to be told it was a error in your write up and I would have to pay another £80 which is out of stock with you

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address but this was dealt with very efficiently. The gloves I purchased look great. The problem I had is the gloves have different length fingers so one hand is comfortable but the other hand is uncomfortable. It was not until I wore them that I realised the fault.

Every boot I looked at was either discontinued or put of stock in all or most sizes. A complete waste of time!

I recently bought a few items in one purchase and when I got home I noticed that I had been charged £30 more for a pair of jeans than what they were marked at…. I emailed and explained and have had no response!!! Customer service 0..

Offer of Bering motor cycle jacket in all sizes was infact wrong which l only found out after paying for the non existent item. Had to then claim back my payment after missing out on a jacket from another supplier!

Our packing team do everything they can to assure that products are delivered as safely as possible, though a few anomalies may occur, whether that happens between the supplier to our warehouse or on its way to your door. My brand new Schuberth C3 Pro helmet has a problem with the pinlock insert. Forever fogging up and no replacement pins in store. The staff were very helpful and helped me with this problem but the problem persists with this helmet. £369 spent on a new helmet and I’m not happy.

Very bad contact, spoke with 3 persons, all from different emails and every single time a had to explained everything again, they exchange for me helmet but they forget sent me shoes, i wanted exchange two items and they send me just a one item, but they exchange me helmet without any problem and they give me centre pad 13mm this is big plus👍 I asked about it, Standard centre pad should be 9mm

Coat I ordered arrived reasonably quick but had marks on front,how this passed visual inspection before delivery I don’t know and to top it off they didn’t have the same colour to replace it and it took me to message them about replacement,not very good service in general!
