About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Very unprofessional company ! Aaron Thompson your customer services is appalling, why bother emailing me , and tell me you will look into the matter when you know you have no interest in correcting the company's failures, once again very unprofessional and appalling service.

When I got to Infinity Southampton the customer service was appalling. I was told I wasn’t “meant to have come today” and “who told you it was ready” despite me having a click and collect today order. To make matters worse the employee proceeded to tell me “he didn’t get paid for anything extra” several times when I asked him if he would assist me in fitting my Sena to my helmet. All in all I will be avoiding that store again and will head to the Oxford branch where the staff were much more friendly and helpful!

This is my second bad experience I was waiting my parcel when I got an sms telling me that parcelforce have attempted to deliver my parcel and I wasn’t at home, and that an attempted delivery card will have been left giving me further details on what to do next . But of course they didn’t leave anything. Same experience as before the first time I asked my money back now I need the trouser I ordered. Can you please tell me how I’ll get it before Sunday ?

Hi Iyad, I sincerely apologise for the issues you have been experiencing regarding your orders. Our courier services had difficulty delivering to your address, and it looks like from your tracking history that there appears to have been multiple deliveries attempted but failed, and in the end the order was delivered back to us. POOR SERVICE! I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!!! I placed an order on the 26/08/2020 at the store in Chiswick for a helmet and a moto bundle for my phone that would cost me £89.00 with Dess to collect on the 07/09/2020, so plenty of time. On the 28/08/2020 I went back to the store to try the helmet and I spoke with Laura which told me that the bundle hadn't been ordered yet and that Dess hadn't told her anything about it as she is the manager. Anyway, that was still more than a week ahead for her to place the order as I was gonna collect later on. On the date of the collection I got everything but the Bundle as Dess said it wasn't ordered by Laura. Anyway, as she was't at the store he promised me to take care of it. A day later they called me saying that they don't do the bundle for my phone anymore and that they were gonna order an universal one. They did and they sent to my house which arrived on the 11/09/2020, however the one I wanted and paid for had a cover to protect against the rain and cost me £89.00 and the one they sent me cost around £69.00 and didn't have the protection I needed and they did't bother to mention that, only when I saw the product I realised what they did. I called the store and spoke with Nick, which claims to be the manager, I explained to him what happened and after 13 minutes he called me back and tell me that they will exchange the one they sent for an inferior one and refund me the money, but if I wanted it for today 11/09/2020 I would have to go to the store to exchange and get my money back, otherwise I would get only on Monday and the money only when I would go to the store. I gotta say, the service and the knowledge of the staff was very poor. Specially when it comes to sort it out issues like this, even thought after I spent more than £600.00 in the store. I am very disappointed and I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH INFINITY AGAIN!!!

Ordered new helmet which showed in stock in your Belfast store - order was processed and item paid for - email to say sorry stock was wrong and helmet wasn’t available- was ordered alternative but completely not acceptable- money back - unimpressed to say the least

I ordered in time for next day delivery, waited in all day but nothing. 2 days later they told me they didn't have it in stock, and I would get it in another 3 days. Then the visor insert wasnt in the box, so they had to send that in another 3 days!! Poor

Hi, I'm sorry you were unhappy with your experience shopping with us, and we apologise for the stocking error on our website. We try to maintain 100% accuracy on our stock levels at all times, however, with the sheer amount of products in our website and stores, there are instances where there is a deviation between the stock on our system and the physical stock we have. On this occasion, our stock levels were incorrect, and we needed to order the item from our supplier, which took a little longer than usual to deliver, and you received your order 3 days later than expected. We apologise for this and will continue to maintain our stocking levels to minimise other errors in future. As for the visor insert, this was a manufacturing error that resulted in the visor to be missing from your order. Once you informed us of the mistake, we ordered a replacement insert from our supplier and dispatched this to you as soon as we could. Awful. Damaged shoes delivered then REFUSED to collect. Company director emailed me lieing about the despatch of the goods then did not reply. Currently stuck with damaged goods.

The helmet that you ordered was on a pre-order which meant we were waiting for it to arrive from our supplier, and there have been some delays due to the current situation. Your helmet arrived with us and was despatched on Monday, and it is out for delivery today. We have popped you an email with some further information. Very disappointed. Having shopped in store at Infinity for many years, I used the telephone sales because of the covid lock down. I placed my order (Bruhl MD1900+) and when it didn't arrive I called back to learn that it had not been posted. They promised to send it straight away and again didn't post it to me, I called them again and they assured me it would be sent overnight as a priority delivery. But a week after placing the order it still didn't arrive, so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, only for them to call me back to say it would be delivered the same day. It didn't arrive for another three days, some ten days after it was ordered. I submitted a complaint, but unsurprisingly nearly a month later they haven't bothered to answer my complaint. So poor customer service and non existent complaints resolution.

i had ordered a caberg helemt online and was sent a damaged helmet where the buckle wasnt working at all and i asked for a replacement. I was told to bring the helmet to one of their showroom to be inspected. if i seriously intented to make a trip and back from their showrooms then i might as well have gone to one to buy it and not bought anything online...... defeats the whole concept of '' online commerce''. it should have been their responsibility to have it couriered back and deal with it. Shame that you have lost not one but 4 loyal customers.... ( myself, my dad and 2 siblings)

I'm sorry you were unhappy this, otherwise we would have sent you a free returns label for you to dispatch to our warehouse for inspection, but we wouldn't have been able to courier the helmet. Not good, I'm afraid - I bought gloves that broke immediately and when I went to return them in-store, I followed the parking advice provided by your staff and might have gotten three points and a fine as a consequence. I have written to you about this, but so far not even received an acknowledgement of receipt.

Hello, I'm sorry you are unhappy with the service we have provided you. I have spoken with the manager of our Clapham store which you visited, and I believe there is a misunderstanding in regards to what our staff advised you. On your visit to the store, our staff directed you to bump your bike up onto the pavement and park it outside the shop. However, I was informed that instead of doing this, you instead drove down the road, went onto the pavement and rode 50 yards back up in order to park your bike. This was not what our staff advised you to do, and we would not advise our customers to ride in this manner, in order to access our store. I ordered my Shoei Glamster Basalt Grey XL over two months ago, and they promptly took the full price (£399.99) from my credit card on 23/03/20. I still haven't received the helmet, which is available from other online vendors!
