About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Very poor service. I ordered a part which they said would be delivered 4 days after. When it didn’t arrive I emailed them to which they said sorry but We are still waiting for it from our supplier and it will be delivered the next day. Two weeks later still no part so don’t sell me something you don’t have. I now go to France this week without a power cable for my Garmin which has all my routes on it.”

“I want to praise the service from Infinity Motorcycles, we are a bunch of emergency service personnel who ride, our motorcycle club is a support for the trauma and stress we deal with on a daily basis. A few of us wished to order some new gear, helmets, intercoms, and helmet kits, and so we approached a few motorcycle accessory providers. Infinity were stand our, special mention to Dionne in customer service. Dionne worked to find us the best deal, and we were very pleased with the price. Orders were dispatched quickly, and whilst there was a small error in the order Dionne rectified it in such a short time. We have received amazing service, received great products, at a better price than we could get anywhere else, and we got Club Infinity points too. We will definitely use Infinity again and recommend them highly, thank you for the support.”

“Scott in your York store was absolutely brilliant today, he helped us get all that we needed for our new bike, he helped us find the right helmet, intercoms, boots, clothing, gloves etc, we spend a couple of hours in the store, thank you very much for making everything so easy today. Everyone in the store was very help and friendly”

“Staff are always very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable in the Belfast shop, and have most products and sizes usually in stock. This puts Infinity above other retailers in my opinion. Online customer service is also very helpful with quick replies to facilitate a good aftersales experience as well.”

“Returning back to biking, I was in need of head to toe equipment. Recently headed over to Southampton Infinity. Great group of staff. Dave attended to my needs and was a star. He showed endless patience, knowledge and experience. Dave showed me a wide range of clothing, etc and didn't push the expensive items which I appreciated. Will be back to get some summer clothing. “I purchased a waterproof jacket on the Friday afternoon and it arrived first thing Saturday morning. Quality was excellent and the service even better. Infinity is at the very cutting edge of on line shopping delivering 1st class customer service time and time again. They are my go to shop for all things motorcycle and I love doing business with them. Keep it going”

“Awesome customer service, still using real people who answer emails the same day. Deliveey, returns and refund all within 4 days! Online and in-store kit ranges across the functional but reasonably priced to really good stuff which is priced as you’d expect. Shop in-store if you can - the humans in there say ‘hello’ and ‘can we help you’. Best of all, they ride motorbikes and know about what they are selling.”

“Had to replace my jacket due to weight loss. Infinity had the jacket I wanted at the best price over £40 cheaper than elsewhere. Ordering was easy and postage was quick and the item was packed securely.”

“Got a pare of Oxford Leather jeans size Small, came next day and was amazing fit, only downside was a bit to big on the waist side but nothing we can't fix on our own, all i need is to buy some Velcro straps and try and sow them on as a extension Thanks anyways”
