About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Had a handlebar phone holder fitted by kage,also showed me a few things I didn’t know about my new bike,he basically went above and beyond and is a good asset to infinity.👍”

“Infinity Farnborough were great today, I called in being referred to this branch by Hendrix from oxford to see Henry with my Alpinestars Tech Air 5 jacket i was having a few issues with. Henry removed the previous owners login and did a full test of the jacket to ensure it was all working. Alpinestars will send reset code to store then my Tech Air can be logged into the app on my setting! Huge thanks Henry!”

“Taking Anna to infinity for motorcycle gear was the best thing weve ever done. Hendrix took us under his wing and has kitted Anna out with some perefect gear. Alpinestars boots Arai Helmet and Moto girl trousers. Noting was too much trouble for him, even calling other stores and arranging for us to try on and see stock in those stores. All of the team at oxford including Ben and even Steve have always goen out of their way to serve us both! Thank you all!”

“Purchased Shark helmet but needed to exchange it for another shark. The staff were excellent in assisting me to get the correct one. Polite and professional to get this sale completed , will definitely use Infinity motorcycles again .”

“I bought Quadlock Out Front phone bracket, at standard price but free delivery! Every other vendor was asking for a delivery charge (circa~£4). Thanks Infinity! I’m a cyclist not a motorcyclist so not likely to buy much else. But sincere thanks anyway. Steve. B. Rossendale”

“Ordered some Oxford Riggers online for my dad's birthday. Ordered Wednesday, delivered Thursday. Very impressed with the service. Also the price was on par, if not cheaper than everywhere else. Very happy customer. Thank you. The slip says it was packed by Jordan, so shout out to you Jordan!”

“Avoid. Parcel didn’t arrive. Infinity accept from the information they have (gps) it went a wrong address. Told I have to wait for an investigation then decide if I want a refund or another item. I ordered this for a bike trip. Now unlikely to arrive on time. Oh and didn’t add points to my club card. Poor service I wouldn’t use them. I won’t again!”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Our apologies that you feel this way. We had a technical issue at the start of the month with Club Points, and this should now be fixed. We have looked into your account and could see that you had not signed up to the Club Infinity Scheme. We have now set this up for you and have added all points from any orders you have placed. In relation to the delivery of your item, we have raised a case with DPD because the goods look to be delivered to another location, but this is not clear. We will then give you an update and can replace or refund the goods for you shortly if required. Thanks, Rhiann

“Unfortunately Infinity motorcycles decided to change quite well working website to disfunctional account- wiping and difficult- to-find new one. My account was wiped out, password not working, no items could be found in a search engine- horrible. Why would you change something that was working well to much worse. Likely to defect to others really.”

“Bought an item from Gloucester, went back the next day to see if they had the accessories to go with it and they didn't. They said they could order them and be in next week, I then rode miles and bought them somewhere else. Went to ask about the Atlas L2 leg bag, same thing haven't got any of them, we can get them next week. It's a shame as staff are nice and shop, just no stock availability. Nobody wants to be waiting weeks.”

“I have bought a few ítems at Infinity in Belfast and have found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly! They also have a great selection, first place I think about if I need motorcycle gear and accessories!”

“Hi Requested a price match and heard nothing back. Following day ive had to log back in to find my order history has gone as has my club infinity info and all my vouchers... has anyone else experienced this issue? How do I get my info vouchers back?”

“Bought a Sena intercom & it appears to be faulty straight out of the box 🫤 have been told that “As this is an electrical fault we will need to get this back to be inspected under warranty, if the fault is confirmed, it will then either be repaired or replaced. ** Please be aware that this process can take up to 2 weeks. **” could understand if it was weeks or months old but not from new. Maybe I should follow the sale of goods act & demand refund as less than 30 days & buy from another dealer.”

We do need to test the unit to ensure there is a fault and if this is found we will process a refund in keeping with consumer rights. “Infinity store Southampton has always given good service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, bikers looking after other bikers, over the last year I have bought 2 pair of Bull-It Jeans, a Merlin Jacket and an HJC helmet for each purchase I was served by Nigel who couldn't of been more helpful.”

“Bought a Richa Gotham 2, brilliant jacket. Light, comfortable and warm. Bonus, got to the checkout and it was £60 off ticket price. Luca at Camberley was very knowledgeable and helpful in advising me on which back armour to put in the jacket.”
