About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I wanted a couple of additional locks for my bike and there were loads to choose from on the website. Plus the ones I wanted were in the sale too so I saved 50% and they were delivered free in 24 hours. Would definately recommend Infinity.”

“Great service as always with Infinity, the chaps at my local shop in York are always *Actually* super helpful and great at the job they do. They stock the top selection of the best gear, helped me find gloves that fit my hand like a second skin, a comfortable jacket and AAA spec jeans & boots at great value. If you're wanting to try gear on before buying, the staff at York are happy to help facilitate. Shipping is easy & never an issue. Would definitely recommend buying your gear from Infinity!”

“Only wanted Quad Lock Mag Case for my phone this time but also took time to investigate summer riding trousers. Didn7buy this time but as usual I was helped to see available options with one pressure to buy. Not quite what I wanted this time but will always look there when I want riding clothing. Price and quality is always there together with no pressure help.”

“I purchased a Sena 50c headset online & had problems with connecting to my iPhone 16. I took the whole set up to the Belfast store & after an hour we couldn’t get it to connect. They agreed to replace it. The next morning they phoned me & one of the staff had come into work early & got me connected! As I live 80 miles from them they posted my headset out to me!!! Fantastic service & you will always get my customer. I’m in the market for a new helmet, guess where I’m going!!!!”
