About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Infinity were offering the best price for my new Cardo Pro at almost £50 cheaper than any other retailer. I ordered the unit in the in the afternoon and it was delivered the next day. Great service, I will be checking out Infinity for my next purchase.”

“Superb Shoei neotec 3 helmet at a good price...arrived next day even though I had a email saying it would be delayed. Strange .great company to deal with even though DPD let them don on occasions. Returns and refunds are always first class though . Very good combo deal with.”

“Product arrived quicker than expected, thank you. After reading a review where the comments was order a 'lower size' I did and they fit perfectly. Yet to try them out but I'm sure they will do the job.”

“I ordered 2 items in good price/discount and i received the email confirmation that everything is packed and it will be shipped tomorrow as it was described. I received the email for tracking as well, but day after tomorrow when i had flight arranged with a friend, i received the email that there are no items in the stock, so we cannot deliver them before mid or end of June. Later on the customer service when i complained didn't care anything for the situation they putted me, they just said that i can cancell the order or wait for end of June.”

“Bought all my gear off the Belfast store , what can I say, Donna the manager stayed with me the whole time to get me kitted out and what was’nt there she ordered it in and rang me when it was in her store for collection. Donna and all the the staff in the Belfast store are very helpful.”

“Ordered a helmet online which turned out to be out of stock. Immediately informed and offered same product in a different colour , which I liked but with a nice discount. It arrived proptly a few days later. 1st time using infinity but would use again, and I like the reward points as they will soon add up. Overall great customer service.”

“As usual Infinity are amazing. Bought an Oxford Q4R for a trip to France just wanted a small clip on bag to hold my documents snacks water and this was ideal. Easy ordering on the website, very fast delivery. Highly recommend Infinity.”
