About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Stella in returns was fantastic understanding and reacted to my query perfectly.. infinity of course an excellent company to buy from and brilliant service.. my new oxford boots failed and infinity have organised the refund pending inspection of the return of my soggy boots .. thanks .”

“I've now ordered two items from your website indicating next day delivery before 3pm, as a consequence I have arranged for someone to be at home to receive. Unfortunately I've been let down by your next day delivery service. Shocking service from infinity motorcycles. Buyers be cautious of next day delivery promise.”

“i recently bought a Belstaff Trialmaster Pro Leather Ladies Jacket in Black as it was offer in your store and i couldn't resist. It came quickly it was packed well and it fitted like a glove! I haven't worn it on the motor bike yet, but i took out the armour and wore it to go out the leather is so soft and its not too heavy to wear. Great store i will certainly be buying from you again in the nearest future!”

“I ordered a pair of Rukka Nivala 2.0 Trousers, unfortunately due to my confusion with the Euro sizing I ordered the incorrect size. I contacted Infinity via email and dealt with both Dionne and Georgia who were brilliant in sorting out both returning the trousers to Infinity and receiving the correct size. Also many thanks to all the people in the background who made this process seamless. Infinity have been excellent throughout and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Superb customer service. Would I use Infinity again? 100% I would.”

“First time user of infinity. HIGHLY impressed. Kept informed every step of the way from order received, through order despatched to estimated time of delivery, even the drivers name. I was given a time of delivery with an hour between time a and time b. It was delivered 5 minsbefore time a , very impressive. The item has been used and works perfectly. A simple but very effective bit of kit. Makes maintenance job so easy. Glad I placed the order. Many thanks”

“I came across Infinity when looking for a Rukka windstopper Sportsbike shop didn't have. After my windstopper arrived the next day I thought I'd give them my business again, buying the Rukka Nivala suit, it arrived within afew days super happy. The pants was to tight si returned them adding a note id kike to exchange for a better size up, i got a phone call the following day confirming the size was correct, this alone for me is a 5 STAR RATING, will be definitely using infinity again. Well done INFINITY not forgetting DPD Over all this is how online shopping should be done ***** from me”

“The service I have received from the staff at Infinity has been fantastic. I have purchased from their Christchurch store and online, from gloves to boots, helmet,intercom, bike security and more. When I had issues with the stitching on some trousers there were no quibbles at all. When I couldn't get my intercom to work with a new phone they updated the software in everything and showed me how it works. They are so helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Absolutely top notch. I ordered some bar mitts online on a saturday and they arrived by lunch the next day. Outstanding.”

“Sam at the Christchurch branch was fabulous and spent the best part of two hours talking me through all of the options for helmets, jackets, trousers, boots and gloves. If you live near Christchurch and need motorcycle kit I highly recommend Infinity.”
