About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Many thanks to the staff at the Norwich branch, helped source jacket for me via click and collect. They were able to confirm, before I ordered that Rukka trousers and Halvarssons jkts have same zip, so can be joined together. Ended up getting rain jkt and gloves as well, very helpful in sorting these out. 5* service all round.”

“Purchased on line Motul Helmet Lid Cleaner & Visor Cleaner + Cloth. Arrived within 2 days, excellent service. Have used this product for years, would highly recommend. Infinity Motorcycles are always very helpful and very courteous. Even got a voucher for 10% off next purchase.”

“Recently went to the Glasgow branch and purchased my first gear, the staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Had to order the last jacket to be delivered from another branch and within a few days it arrived. My only slight negative was the parking outside, no store parking and expensive area to park. Other than that a very pleased customer with the service Infinity motorcycles provide.”

“Top customer service from Steve at Infinity Southampton. I bought some Alpinestars from him but after a month, the velcro failed, (still safe to ride in, but annoying). Despite me losing the receipt, Steve immediately arranged for them to be replaced and, while waiting for the replacements, said I could continue to wear the old ones so I still had protective footwear. Highly recommended!”

“Received my Bull-it Guardian Jeans and they were faulty, the right leg has been cut incorrectly, and this has made the leg twist anticlockwise. Emailed Bull-it and no reply so far. Called Infinity Huddersfield, informed them of the issue and was told to take them there, and confirmed that they had them in stock, so I could replace them if I wished. Travelled one hour to find they don't have them, so wasted the entire Saturday morning and a load of fuel. What a waste of time and money.”

I have spoken to our Huddersfield branch, and they have told me that you spoke to a woman on the phone. However, I believe you may have reached our Online team, rather than our Huddersfield store. “Plenty of choice at the Stevenage branch, went in to get a pair of summer gloves and ended up with Rukka Forsair 2's Plenty of choice and sizes for all the gloves on show plus loads of other kit down and upstairs. Did find difference in price in store charged compared to online, contacted when back home and had apology and voucher for difference sent immediately from Cameron in customer services so all good!”

“Excellent customer service from infinity. Had to return a scorpion helmet after it developed an intermittent fault after 18 months (ish) and only a couple of hundred miles. The return process was seamless, and everyone I spoke to or corresponded with was friendly, helpful and understanding. Helmet has now been returned after some repairs to the flip mechanism. Thank you to the warranty department for your hard work and excellent customer service. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough.”

“Great company to deal with. I bought boots and helmet online, both arrived very quickly shame they were tight so sent them back easy and quick. A couple of days later next size up arrived very fast and efficient. From order to my house with a second delivery with the right size was 7 days. I will definitely recommend to my friends and I'll be a customer again in the future. Thanks Mike 👍”
