Seems like a good company and were pretty prompt with my order. However, my Cardo JBL speakers came without a QR code or instructions on how to apply it (if it was there!). I used their feedback form to highlight my problem, left my email address, and heard nothing back. Since then I have been trying to get support from Cardo but they don't appear to be able to supply me with a working code. So, although the speakers work in their basic configuation, I am unable to set or use the audio profiles which makes them a very expensive set of speakers for my crash helmet. Perhaps this review may initiate more response than their feedback form!
