About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I tried to return a pair of faulty trousers for a refund, they were only used a few times in the space of a couple of months. I sent back the item, which they then said had to go to Oxford for inspection. All in it took over 3 weeks for a refund. I bought different trousers in the meantime. I then purchased a pair of boots for next day delivery. They continue to use DPD for whatever reason. I had a delivery estimate of 20:30 to 21:30, at 21:00 the app says "you're next" and I watched on the map as the van got further and further from my house. I got a notification at 22:00 saying they wont be delivering today and they will instead be delivering on Monday (3 days later). Frustrating experience all round. The staff in the store are always helpful but there's an SBS 5 minutes from them who I have never had any issue with online orders or deliveries or returns. I use them just to avoid any hassle now.”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. After reviewing the matter, I can confirm that there was a delay with DPD in returning the trousers to us. Although you dropped them off on 10th August, they did not arrive with us until 25th August. You were then refunded on 2nd September, which was within the expected timeframe. When arranging warranties, we do advise that delivery and resolution can take up to three weeks due to potential courier delays. We are also sorry to hear about the further issues you've encountered with DPD regarding the delay in delivery for your boots. We understand that this may be frustrating, but unfortunately, while we do work closely with the courier, some delivery issues are beyond our direct control. We'd like to apologise on the courier's behalf for any inconvenience that may have been caused by both of the delays you experienced. However, we are glad to hear that you have had a good experience with our in-store staff. Kind regards, Hayley

“Always outstanding service when I go. If what I want isn’t in stock I’m always given a suitable (and often better!) alternative. Staff are friendly all of the time. Always happy to spend my cheese here. You can always phone the shop up too for anything from stock enquiries to silly questions.”

“Unfortunately I cannot review the product, because I never received it. I placed an order with Infinity Motorcycles and it was shipped via UPS. The parcel has been held at customs in Barcelona for weeks. The store told me that UPS requires payment of import duties and taxes before releasing it, and I have been ready to pay from day one. The problem is that UPS never issued any invoice, payment request or payment link: the tracking page shows no amount due and no way to pay. I submitted all the documentation and passport details requested and tried the UPS online chat, with no result. The shopping experience on the website itself was fine, and the staff replied to my messages. But as the shipper, the store is the only party with real leverage over UPS, and so far the problem has not been solved. I ended up asking to cancel the order and get a refund, which is not how I hoped this purchase would end. My advice to international customers: before buying, confirm exactly how and when import charges will be collected, because if the courier does not issue them, your order can get stuck indefinitely. I will gladly update this review if the store manages to resolve the situation.”
