About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“After having a really disappointing experience with another motorcycle retailer in Leeds, I spoke to James at Infinity Motorcycles in York on the phone and then drove straight over to see him. I needed a complete head-to-toe refresh of my riding kit and James couldn’t have been more helpful. He took the time to make sure everything was right for me, without any pressure, and the whole experience was exactly what good customer service should be. What has impressed me just as much is the service since. James always remembers me when I go back into the shop and makes a genuine effort to look after me. He makes sure I use any vouchers I have available and has even gone as far as contacting Infinity’s head office to check their status for me. The prices are always very competitive, they price match, and the team consistently go more than the extra mile. I’ll be honest, Infinity is now the only place I’ll use for my motorcycle clothing and equipment. Great prices, excellent service and, most importantly, people who genuinely seem to care about their customers. James and the York team are a credit to the company.”

“I always use the Huddersfield store as I found the staff go out of the way to help you out. They are very informative regards the gear and equipment they sell. On the very rare occasion that something is not right. The sort any problems out without any hassle. It's a great store.”
