About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“There is the largest selection of clothes, helmets and MC sundries you'll ever find at Infinity Norwich. I purchased an HJC V10 and some trousers in a hassle free environment. However, should you need assistance there is plenty of expert help on hand . A really great place to buy all your MC riding gear.”

“Bought some Rukka trousers at the NEC for a very good price but due to not having my size, they sent them from a London store very quickly. The Staff at the NEC were very helpful and knowledgeable As were the staff at Great Portland St.”

“What a superb company to deal with. I ordered my item late on a Saturday evening. It was dispatched and received by the Monday morning. Absolutely spot-on service and price I will never hesitate to recommend them or use again thank you guys and maybe gals.”

“After scratching my visor at the weekend just had to order a new Shoei Neotec Air II with the light tint as it has the darker lense inside. Arrived Wednesday morning through DPD no fuss whatsoever well in time for the weekend, weather permitting obviously. Big thank guys!”

“I recently purchased a pair for Daisy Dungarees by Motogirl for my Mrs, from Infinity. She has been after a pair for ages. (she not got them yet, they for her birthday I'll get her to review them later) The delivery was very fast via DPD. The very next day after they arrived I received a promotional email showing that the product had been reduced quite significantly...just my luck! However after calling and speaking to Stella she said it would be no problem to refund the difference, now that's customer service. Next day the funds were in my account. I hadn't used Infinity before, but I will definitely use them again in future. Cheers :)”

“delivery time is brilliant, however, my parcel was delivered to the wrong address?? label was printed as 20 door number while i live in 12 door number, letter and email has the right address but the label is wrong and caused a huge disruption as i got a notification saying my parcel has been delivered, but it was not received by me nor at my house. ridiculous.”

“Excellent service, I used the price match option for the first time and was very impressed. Within a couple of hours I received an email and the price was lowered on the website to match a sale price. The delivery was early the next day and was exactly as advertised.”

“I purchased a TechAir10 vest from Infinity Motorcycles and due to an accident at home, I couldn't use it for for a long time. When I did use it it wasn't working. I informed Infinity Motorcycles and they told me that although it's out of warranty period by a couple of days, given that it has not been used (with the tag intact) they can send it back to Alpinestars and get it sorted. I thought that's really great customer service, but I was wrong. First of all they sent the TechAir10 vest to Alpinestars 4 weeks after receiving it and it has been over 3 months since then and I haven't yet received it back. When I ask them, i get the same answer every time "It will be with you as soon as we get it back". End of the day you see how good or bad a company's customer service is only when things go wrong and in my case, Infinity Motorcycles have proven that their customer service is just ridiculous. I will avoid them like a plague and will NOT recommend them to any of my biker friends.”

We are asking a Favor of Alpinestars to look at the Tech Air 10 as this was out of the warranty period, so this process would take a little longer to resolve for you than normal. We have been chasing them for an update but this has elapsed over our usual time frame for a warranty claim.
