About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I purchase most of my gear from infinity online and at the Clapham branch. and it’s a great service I like the fact that you can earn points on your purchase and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a pair of Alpinestar gloves for the summer which were light weight and really comfortable. I will continue to purchase items from this company both online and in store”

“I've used Infinity for all my bike gear and they've been brilliant. There has been the occasional stock issue on the website showing in stock where it was actually out of stock. However, when this happened to me, infinity got on touch promptly and suggested an alternative with a discount or other options which was unexpected yet appreciated. I will continue to use them for all me kit and equipment needs.”

“In the past I didn't rate Infinity very highly at all their website was poor, service was mediocre and mail order not good. That's definitely changed the website is much better to use, great choice of products and delivery is great - much quicker and cheaper than there main rival! Returns are dealt with quickly too.”

“This is a direct replacement for a helmet that I decided to drop on the concrete and watched as chips of paint went everywhere. Then I watched as it continued to roll across the driveway! It is a really good and comfortable helmet and would recommend the brand and Infinity Motorcycle”

“Initially I contacted Infinity with a question about some Rukka gear and got an immediate and informative response. From that I purchased 2 items both perfect for my needs and they both arrived very quickly. On the strength of that customer service alone I then got some boots and an intercom from infinity and again flawless service and speedy delivery. I have a rival national chain local to me who sell "accessories" and I still prefer to deal with infinity.”
