About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

I went today (18/12/2022) to Infinity's warehouse in Camberley with a friend. We were looking to buy an off-road helmet for me, and maybe a pair of trousers and a jacket for my friend. Unfortunately, the shopping experience was awful thanks to the three young lads from the Infinity's staff. They were just sitting and chatting at the entrance desk the whole time. I know that they are not obliged to help with other than stuff sold in the shop. But it would have been nice from them to at least try to run the extra mile. I kindly asked them for a charger for my helmet's intercom (by the way, both Schubert E1 and Cardo Freedom 4x bought online from Infinity a couple of years ago), and they told me that weren't allow to go to the office to get a charger and couldn't do anything about it. Fair enough. We my friend and I were trying some helmets on, and checking out some jackets and trousers. None of the three young lads came to offer any help or advice. The warehouse was freezing cold, so after a while I asked them if I could use the toilet. They told me that they weren't allow to let the customers use the toilet. I have used that toilet before, so I asked to talk to a manager to ask him/her directly for permission. They replied that the manager was not there, and that they were not going to call just to ask that question. So I obviously left without buying anything, so I could find a place with a toilet. I guess that the company lost a sale (or several as my friend left with me ad well) and perhaps even a loyal customer. Just bought online another E1 for my wife over a month ago. If customers make the effort to go shopping in a freezing weather like today's, it would be nice from Infinity's stuff members to appreciate this and be a bit more kind and helpful.

Hi, I am sorry to hear about your experience in the store on Sunday. I'm not sure if you were looking to purchase a charger or borrow one to charge the comms whilst in store however I am not aware of any spare charging cables. You are quite right, the warehouse has been absolutely freezing and I can imagine they were huddled under the one heater in the store but that doesn't for a second excuse them for not looking after the customers. Regarding toilet use, it's always a difficult one because we do not have specific customer toilets and we have always tried to be as accommodating as possible. I apologise once again and will be speaking to the staff involved. Kind regards, Terry

Wrong item sent it took 13 days to get replacement, all sales could say they were busy because of all items being returned. Had I not contacted sales who knows how long it would have taken. Also a further issue when order arrived only 1 item was delivered but delivery note said 2 items were delivered.

Hi Dennis, Apologies for your recent experience with Infinity Motorcycles. Unfortunately, due to how busy it had been due to Black Friday and Cyber Monday as well as Parcelforce and Royal Mail strikes from the 30/11/2022 to the 02/12/2022 there were delayed delivery times. We will look into how to improve our systems. Thanks, Danielle

Guys I ordered some trousers in the BF sale. I definitely ordered L and you sent me XXL Worse my correct address was on the order but your packers put a different postcode in your label system and sent the parcel to a completely different address. Luckily the very nice lady who received it rang you up and with the correct address delivered it to me. Worse still I have tried to order correct size but now out of stock đŸ˜«

Ordered batteries for my glove on 3/12, given delivery date of the 7/12, on the 10/12 told they don't have them. They are instock or not, kept me waiting for a week before telling 2 days after delivery was due. Curtesy cost nothing, very poor service.

Online ordering is the worst experience. After placing an order with all the required information, email address, telephone number etc I received a confirmation which was promptly cancelled the next day by Online manager Mike Spinks as suspicious or fraudulent. It takes only one quick phone call to the number provided and/or a quick email to verify the legitimacy of my order. Apparently, it is too complicated for an Online manager.

Unfortunately, this is not something that we can discuss through reviews. If you would like to discuss the matter, please communicate with us through info@infinitymotorcycles.com or 0800 130 3377. Didn't despatch in the time frame they claimed they would. Had to be reminded by email to despatch then when questioned as to why, put the blame on being very busy, worded in a tone that made me feel like it was my fault! You either can give good service or you cant!

I would leave zero if I could. I ordered a product and was contacted by parcel force with a delivery date, I waited in all day (a days holiday) for it to arrive. I contacted Parcel Force to be told the wrong address had been put on the package. I then contacted Infinity who admitted the blunder and I was told they would send another right away, then received an email saying they had no stock they will send as soon as they have stock. I replied asking if they can arrange a Saturday delivery as I work during the week and I had wasted a days holiday waiting in for the first order. They said I had to pay a further £12 for this, when I complained and said I am not happy with this and asked for a refund, their customer advisor Jack just said ok we will refund you. Where is the customer “Good Will” wasting my valuable holiday time!!

Hi Tim, I apologise for the recent experience you have had with Infinity Motorcycles. I have had a look into your order and I can see that we made a human error when shipping the product to you. We asked Parcelforce to change the shipping address however due to their policies we could not do this for you. Our efforts in trying to rectify this error were the only options available due to the stocking error and we apologise that this was not satisfactory. I am sorry that this visit with Infinity Motorcycles has been unsatisfactory and we do not wish for the experience you have received to be the reason you do not shop with us anymore. Therefore, we want to offer you a ÂŁ5 apology voucher. I can also confirm that we have refunded your order and should be in your bank soon. Thanks Danielle

I placed the order on the 18th of this month for the estimated delivery time, but 8 days have passed since the order and still my order has not arrived. Definitely a store I would not recommend to anyone.

Hi Salih, Apologies for the delay with your order. I can see that the order was delivered today. As you ordered on 15/10/2022, which was a Saturday the order would be processed on Monday. As we had to order the trousers from our supplier the product was picked up by our carrier on 20/10/2022. Due to Parcelforce strikes on the 20/10/2022 your parcel was shipped on the 21/10/2022 and delivered to you on the 24/10/2022. Apologies for your unsatisfactory visit to Infinity Motorcycles. Thanks Danielle

Bought a RST ALPHA 4 CE TEXTILE TROUSERS on their website; when choosing the size it doesn’t make it clear if it’s EU or UK size that I’m picking but the size guide shows ONLY EU size therefore logically I should’ve been choosing on EU size. But that’s not the case. After 4 days of waiting to go pick up the item on the store, when I get there I was expecting to have a M size (42 EU) but instead I got a 4XL size (52EU). Only noticed the “mistake” when I got home so I had to waste more time and fuel to go back again on the next day to the store and ask for another size. It turns out the item was discontinued and I had to get my refund. Wasted a lot of time and money for nothing, as an infinity motorcycle customer I found it sad that their website can me so confusing.

Hi Heitor I am sorry about the confusion on the size guide on the trousers as this was not correct and we mislead you into purchasing a size which would not fit you. We will be correcting size guides to make sure this does not happen again. We will contact you separately. Thanks Danielle

I was sent the wrong item. Refunded upon return but not refunded the postage charge. I accept that mistakes can be made but its disappointing to charge the customer for errors made at dispatch. Good lesson learned.

Hi Colin, I'm sorry we did not have the product available. This was a stocking error on our website; we try to maintain total accuracy of our stock levels, but in the case of your order, the item was not in stock with us and was discontinued by our supplier. We extend our fullest apologies for the mistake. If you were to order with us again, we will endeavour to do whatever we can to assist you. Kind regards, Jonah

Infinity have been great with my recent purchases - firstly the York shop spent ages with me getting a new Shoei helmet. Then I have been after a new pair of boots and thought I would test the Price Match claim - once again no problem, a reply on-line within the hour matching the price. More than happy with the service here. Thanks guys.
