I ordered some trousers in the BF sale. I definitely ordered L and you sent me XXL
Worse my correct address was on the order but your packers put a different postcode in your label system and sent the parcel to a completely different address.
Luckily the very nice lady who received it rang you up and with the correct address delivered it to me.
Worse still I have tried to order correct size but now out of stock 😫
