About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I ordered Spada Everider leather motorcycle trousers for my husband's birthday, deciding on a size up from his normal as his waist is on the large side of that normal at the moment. One star is lost here, as they were not dispatched until 6 days after my order, with no communication as to why, meaning that they almost arrived after we were on holiday and the parcel would have lain. It turned out they were far too big around the waist, as in 4 inches too big, so I initiated a return and exchange for the size smaller than his normal (going down 2 waist sizes). The service from this point was extremely efficient and staff were helpful and friendly, although the written explanation on the website of the returns process is overly convoluted. The exchanged pair arrived in a very timely manner and they are a perfect fit! My husband is very pleased with his birthday present, they're a decent quality pair of leather bike trousers at a very reasonable price. Thank you to Infinity for the great service.”

“Good all round store, love the £10 offers when bank holiday comes round. Seem to be very competitive on price. Visit my nearest store in York now & then. Always happy to help with anything.”

“I bought 2 tank bags unfortunately neither was suitable for my bike. Both were well priced and delivered promptly and more importantly returned without any hassle or delays in refund”

“Online deliveries took longer than advised but returns service spot on, the guys at Farnborough and Christchurch stores are tops happily travel 40 miles to get the best service. You do need to look at your pricing though as you are easily the most expensive retailer for motorcycle gear.”

“Bought a big Oxford chain and Lock on line Too big for Westminster ground anchors and I couldn’t get it through my wheel of my Guzzi. Went to store in Gt Portland St who were very helpful but could not change the lock as there was slight damage caused when it fell off my saddle when I was trying to get the chain through the wheel. Used credit For the chain to buy another chain and lock..”

“Having ordered a helmet online which ended up being too small, the customer service was helpful and the staff at Clapham North were very helpful and found me a suitable size from the Belfast store which was delivered pronto. Top marks to you guys.”
