About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Other than an original mix up with their stock (not actually having the helmet I ordered!) They were very apologetic and offered me some great deals on alternative helmets one of which I subsequently bought. I can't fault the service and delivery time etc. Only given 4 stars as "out of stock" helmet was still being advertised on website a few days later instead of being immediately removed! Would definitely shop with Infinity again and if the same level of service was given 5 stars 🌟 would be the score on the door!”

“I found a pair of gloves that matched my requirements and were in sale = :) I used the size selection guide suggested, measured my hand size, selected the matching size (in stock = good) and ordered the gloves. Gloves arrived promptly (by date stated). Gloves arrived new and in excellent condition. My only disappointment is that the gloves are a little tight despite using the size guide - but I suppose this is more of an issue with glove manufacturer than Infinity (= retailer). Don't know if gloves will 'slacken off' a bit with use?”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback; we are always happy to hear positive feedback, and we strive to do whatever we can to improve our services. Gloves do tend to slacken with wear over time, but this is more so with leather gloves than textile. Textile gloves are more effective at retaining their shape due to the materials, but if you find they are too tight, we do offer a free 90 returns policy if the gloves and label are still attached? “Ordered some items online which were not suitable. Returned via my local Infinity Motorcycles store. Everything went smoothly as expected. My only niggle is that I was sent an email to say my return was being processed but I didn't get an email to notify me that I had been refunded. The only way I could confirm was by checking my credit statement every day.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback on our returns process. We notify you once we have received your return and when we process your refund, however, we are unable to notify you when your funds have been returned to you. The process can take up to 5 working days, and this period differs depending on your bank. Kind regards, Jonah

“Great online experience and fab products. Only given a 4 as when buying helmet I wanted to use the pay over 3 months option but the application froze several times. Ended up phoning and buying outright from the nice person that answered the phone.”

“Install service was good, receipt printer was broken on the day. I am still waiting for my receipt as with out it I do not have proof of purchase should I need to activate my warranty”

“Purchased two Schuberth C4 pro helmets a week ago along with a couple of SC1 Bluetooth units, got excellent service very patient and nothing was a problem. Thanks. Was this a one off? No were back this week to look at some new textile suits for my wife, again excellent service and the patience of a saint. Oh and we purchased a new jacket and matching trousers. Great price, great service and great products that’s the type of people who I spend my money with.”
