I My Home were very helpful and responsive - the first intro call I had with Harry was really helpful, and Harry was always quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the process. I wasn't overly impressed with the surveyor as I found the report to be quite unhelpful in places (noting matters as for urgent remedial action, when in actual fact it was more routine or just not being able to rule out a risk). Appreciate surveyors need to "cover themselves", but it wasn't easy to understand which were real problems and which weren't. I've seen a number of these reports before and haven't had this issue before. That said, that isn't a reflection on iMyHome who have been great throughout. I just think next time I would go with a specific surveyor who had been recommended by word of mouth, and who I could have a direct conversation with to discuss the findings.
