“Was pleased with prompt response and the survey was carried out fairly quickly. The report was easy to understand and covered everything that we were told it would. The cost was reasonable. Would have given 5 stars apart from the fact that we received little a text via our telephone land line {as we don't have mobiles} at 12.30am. a little early to be woken from a sleep, to advise us when it would be carried out!!!”

“Really happy with the level of service provided. From the moment I requested the survey, through to getting a date booked in, the team were very helpful and prompt. Turn around time was swift and the survey completed within a 2 week window. Kept up to date throughout and the online portal was very easy to use.”

“Easy to arrange, good value, survey happened sooner than expected, quick response to email queries from iMyHome. I also asked the Surveyor a question related to background ventilation, which he didn't really answer, hence 4 stars not 5.”

“Called IMH - they told me there was a 2 week lead time for a surveyor but it ended up being 3. Result of covid backlog but contrary to what i was told. Service from David Cossins surveyor was very good. He was open to answer questions and called me before and after survey. Gives credibility to surveyors IMH have onboard.”

“Very well priced and survey carried out quickly. Unfortunately there were a few issues with not being notified when the survey was booked through the automatic notification system, as it should of been. However, calls were answered quickly and issues resolved.”

“The organization of the review was quick and easy. The link for the report came through to my email within 2 days and was easy to view on the website. I would of liked to see pictures used on the report itself”

“This service was easy and efficient to use. And the price was very good. The survey was set up a week after booking and the report sent within 24 hours which we wasn’t expecting We also had photos added to the report. The only reason I give 4 rather then 5 Is that we haven’t yet moved into the property and can not say if it was an accurate report.”

“Good detailed report highlighting the main and not so critical areas of concern found. Survey took place on the day arranged and the report came through timely afterwards. I felt it would have been nice to be able to talk to the surveyor on the day to get a quick rundown of findings, but this was not possible. Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the survey.”
