Initial contact and response was good. This is a good idea to be a one stop shop, however, this does mean that you could be in the lap of the gods as to which company you get to provide the service. fortunatly I had no problems with the delivery of the survey and corresponding survey copy, sent within the expected timescales, via email. So my experience was good one.
