“The surveyor Mr. M. Cronin contacted me and took all the details that he required about the property. Next was a telephone call from the vendor telling me that Mr. Cronin would do the survey the following week. Next was another telephone call from the vendor telling me that Mr Cronin had finished the survey and that he would be getting in touch with me. Mr. Cronin emailed me the results of the survey, my HBR, a few days later. It was very comprehensive, forty pages long, and recommended that I study it carefully before making my final decision regarding the purchase. It was very good advice and as a result of the survey I was able to get the vendor to drop his asking price. I heartily recommend iMyHome, and would not hesitate to use them again if I decide, heaven forbid, to buy another property.”

“For the 2nd time around I have used iMyHome to arrange a survey. Staff are all friendly but knowledgeable, offering advice and inspiring confidence. Having investigated the survey costs myself I was delighted that the charges were reduced by over £100 when iMyHome got involved. Timing of the survey was pretty crucial for me and I was reassured that iMyHome were able to chase up the surveyor to ensure there were no delays. I really can’t fault the service I have had and in my opinion, they provide excellent value for money.”
