“I had a very prompt and polite response to my initial email. I was given clear details on what I could and could not donate and my donations were collected exactly when I was told they would be. All in all an excellent experience and I would donate again”

“Perfect, booked 3 days before pick up! Confirmation email when booked and then on day of pickup with a two hour time slot! No complaints about taking them from a 2nd floor flat! Will definitely use again as I struggle to get much to the charity shops without a car!”
