“Instant reply to my original request for a booking and precise update emails. Collection of my donations was well within the given time slot and taken by a polite and friendly driver. I am still reducing the contents of my home for a move to a smaller one, so will definitely be back for another booking soon! Thank you for such good service. Sheila Stevens.”
