“My collection was done on the day, to which was agreed I did not even know the driver had been, not until I had to get my bin in and then saw the bags had been collected thank you I may use them again”

“It's so great to have someone collecting your clothes when you have 3 huge Ikea bags full! The only thing is that they said collection will be done on Fri but they came the following Monday. Apart from that lack of accuracy, totally recommend it! :)”

“Fast, easy, wonderful. Only criticism would be that an email could be sent out on the day providing details of what time frame the driver will be picking up. However, I called the contact number and she gave me an idea which was great!! Will has again!!”
