“Very good service. Easy to book and pretty early collection. I’m not giving 5 star just because it would be nice to have a time slot of 2/3 hours rather than 8-5. As I live on the main road and I couldn’t leave the bags out :)”

“Next day collection service and when I phoned on the day they could give me a time within the hour which was completely accurate. I really hope that the clothes and bags (some of which were very good quality) really do get sold and money helps people in need. There is always an element of uncertainty with these big organisations. However service was excellent.”

“They kept to their word by collecting the donated bags on the day given. The process was done whilst working, so no need to take the day off work. Some confusion happened along the way, but all was sorted out promptly over the phone.”
