“I collect made me happy jus coming to collect un wanted clothes that i had. There are very good quick and easy jus book a donation and they come to collet at a time dat suits you. Im glad im giving something bk cuz i knw der is people out in this world that need help. And it makes me feel really good. Doing something positive”

The rest covers operational costs such as wages, fuel, insurance and maintenance, administrative, warehousing and so on. “Good service. Only problem is that you are not given an idea when the driver will arrive. Would be useful to have morning or afternoon slots. Also driver was not very pleasant. Seemed to be in a bad mood.”

“Very efficient on the email. Great to be able to leave bags outside. Collection came when it said it would. I would however like to know about GiftAid which is a question that has not been answered. Also I would like to know if there are specific icollectclothes bags, and can I have some.”
