“The pick up went super smoothly of course and the man collecting was polite. My only issue was that when I asked where my clothes will be going and if they will find a good home the man wasn’t able to tell me anything about the company and how the clothes get to someone in need.”

“Overall brilliant, they were collected within 48hours. Only reason I didn’t give a 5/5 was because they never confirmed a pick up day with me.. I just got home one day and they were gone”

“I didn’t know that my doorbell has stopped working. They came back to the door when they saw me. Glad they waited as my front door is far from main building. Polite and courteous Please let me know how much funds once clothes is sold will go toward the charity. Thank you”
