“They came very early. The driver seemed a bit upset that head office don't pass the instructions on the booking form for address as he was parked in a different place. Maybe it would be easier for the drivers if the info was given to them. I brought most of the bags down myself. Otherwise it's a great service. Many thanks.”

“•esy to find top result on googling charity collection •reliable honest and came when said •flexible posted your spacious bags through door and picked up bag outside without knocking as requested •emailed me back quickly to agree my time slot request •pleasant comms first time no email confirmation back so didnt trust, website also could look more polished and thus trustworthy”
