“I organised the collection yesterday and they picked it up today, very prompt!! It would’ve been better if they emailed or called me before they came.”

“Very good and quick service, the only drawback is that they do not give a time slot for collection which means hanging about from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm for them to collect.”

“Ease of ordering a collection, and the fact that the driver came within timescale allocated, so five stars for that. Reduced by one star, as the time slot was all day, so meant I had to stay in from 8.00am to 15.40pm (collection time). Perhaps some narrower slots (Maybe 2 hour slots) would make this an even better service.”

“Great service collection guy very polite the only thing I would say is they don’t send a confirmation email to say that they revived your request so I wasn’t sure they got my application until the guy knocked my door other than that very good service.”

“You are not given a time slot, just between 8 am and 5 pm, that is the downside. The driver turned up in a iCollectClothes van and offered to come up to the flat to pick the bags of clothes. I will definitely use iCollectClothes again.”
