First time ever to order on line didn’t get a reminder email to say product in the store called into store by chance then leaving the store the warehouse had left the security tag so had return to cashier opened the product and I had ordered small and the product was large and small boxer shorts mixed so they asked if I could return to the store 5 days later so I insisted they deliver to my home address

I still have not received my purchase, for my repeated calls to the support service, that the parcel number indicated in the letter is not tracked, no one answered me !!!! maybe this review will help me find out why it happened

I haven’t receive the order. It’s apparently in another country and was advised you can’t do anything about at this time. At this point I have no idea when I will receive it. This was ordered in November 26 and i will not have it for Christmas at this rate. So at this point I would u zero stars.

Hi Cynthia i am very sorry for the delay with your order , this was is the USA at one point but has been misdirected i am very sorry for the error, the receiving country are obliged to return this to the USA for you. I’ve revently purchased online on Black Friday for a pair of diesel men’s jeans when they arrived the size was a 32 inch leg on looking at them closer and measuring the leg they was a 29 inch leg. I took them back to the Wigan store and basically was told by a assistant that if I wanted the same pair I would have to pay and extra 33 pound which to be totally honest I was appalled at after also spending quite a large amount of money over the past couple of months. It has definitely made me realise that I won’t be shopping in Hurleys again.

My recent purchase was some Ugg boots that I purchased when there was a 20% offer on. Sadly the boots didn’t fit me so I returned to exchange them and they didn’t have the smaller size in the same style. I then found an alternate pair to exchange the original pair with but was told I had to pay full price for these as Hurleys would not honour the 20% discount. I left the store without purchasing any new boots and got a refund for the original boots. I always shop online with Hurleys as this is the only way you can get a refund due to the distance selling regulations. Otherwise buying in store you end up lumbered with store credit which isn’t ideal. Poor customer service overall - they lost a £135 sale because they wouldn’t honour a 20% discount. Hurleys were probably right and didn’t have to honour the discount but it would have been good customer service to display. Have shopped with them a long time but now sadly all I will do is shop on line and not support the retail outlet.

No return labeling. To ship the single pair of shorts back would have cost me $148 USD. I've got an idea, provide a return label and actually support your customers. I will NEVER buy from you again b/c if I do and I don't like the product or it doesn't fit, I'm stuck with the product anyway. Now I'm out $70 for a pair of shorts that don't fit. I would consider this in the lousy customer service category.

Ordered a moschino top with jewels on had the top 2 weeks worn once jewels fallen off returned to the shop, however ordered online they have taken the top to send off, no refund, no credit note just a proof of return! Not happy

Badly let down buy Hurleys Bought and paid for boots for my daughters birthday only to be told the day before/ 5 days later that the boots were not in stock. Wouldn't recommend and very much doubt that we'll ever use again.

Over a week and no delivery called and then told would b another 3-5 days then suddenly it arrived the next day on next day delivery but the money was taken out as soon as I ordered

Customer service at Hurley is absolutely horrible. I ordered two sets of Ugg cleaning products and one of them had a double of cleaner bottle and missing a protector bottle. I gave one set away for Christmas present and kept the other one. Once I wanted to use it I realised the fault. I contacted the customer service and now it has been two months and the issue hasn’t been resolved. They’ve asked me to take a photo of all the bottles from two sets because they don’t believe me as to the incompetence on their part and think I am trying to get an extra protector.. absolutely pathetic. I will never order again from their website. The lowest quality of customer care I have ever been faced with.
