Emailed them to tell them about how battered the box was when I bought £115 trainers for my partner as a gift. I was disgusted with how battered the box was and couldn't give them in their original box. Looked second hand

I ordered a Ted Baker parka to the US almost a month ago (today is 2/1/18, I ordered on 1/5/18) and still have not received it (and am beginning to doubt that I will ever received it - maybe by summertime). Instead of being shipped to the US, my package was somehow sent to Torino, Italy and has been sitting in the post office there since January 18. I have written customer service multiple times and have been met with mediocre responses at best. Most recently, Hurleys customer service told me that they do not yet consider the package lost and that it "might" be rerouted to my address or back to Hurleys at some point. They have not made any effort to send me a new jacket or compensate me for the delay (the $30 international shipping fee they charged me might be a start). Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with Hurleys' second-rate international shipping and total lack of customer service.

Hurley's carried Uggs mittens which I purchased. The price immediately went down and they REFUSED to price adjust! Their "too bad" attitude was a shock to me as this company was highly rated. When contacted, they did not get back to me until almost a week later. They insisted that their "price varies with the amount available." That's fine, but I contacted them immediately. A hugh shipping charge prevents me from returning the mittens and re-ordering. I am so glad that Hurley's is doing SO WELL that they can afford to lose a customer.

I ordered an item and the next day, the price went down. I didn't even get the item yet and they wouldn't issue the refunded difference. Poor customer service as it took forever for them to answer my request.

I haven’t received my item. Says I did but i haven’t so I cannot leave a positive review when I am £170 out of pocket and don’t have the item.

Really poor service from this store. Stuck in the dark ages and staff have the 'computer says no' attitude. Purchased an item from this store for Xmas and not suitable....phoned store to explain that couldn't return it until beginning of Jan as abroad and told ok by the Manager (received by them on 5th Jan). Low and behold Manager denies having said that and refuse to give a refund only a credit note. In small print they state it's just outside returns period. Beware of small print. Never again. Customer service non existent.

Where could I possibly begin!!.. let's just say I will NEVER shop at Hurleys again, either on line or in store, especially in store!!.. staff, including managers are totally incompetent. If you have a problem they just want to make excuses & argue. Customer service is appalling. I can't begin to document the amount of things I have been unhappy with, as I am not interested in you putting it right as I really would never use Hurleys again or recommend you to anyone, other than to steer clear. I don't usually leave any reviews, nor do I ever complain. But I felt compelled to let you know what an awful place Hurleys ( Bolton) is to shop!!

bought a dress off you for 170 pounds and it had a hole in it, took it back and got a refund. re-ordered the dress which took a week to get, with a lot of phone calls to your offices, when it arrived in store and i came to pick it up it was the same dress with a hole in it. I was disgusted with this service and your staff agreed ! i don't except this from a shop that has these prices, you offered me 20 pounds on a gift card, but the problem is , i will never shop with you again ! so that was pointless.

The dispatch time was so long that it took near enough two weeks for my order to be delivered to the address

Awful customer service, if you have to return anything which the goes AWOL in the post and the customer has to do the chasing, will never buy anything from them again. They keep your money and you end up £72 out of pocket. How does that work.

I am amazed that a company like this can be in business when you get zero communication from them and absolutely no returns policy!! Shameful!! I wont ever use them again, as there are much better companies available!!

Went to the shop in Bolton last Friday would have bought something but the male and female shop assistant were so busy talking to each other they made myself and my husband feel like we were inconviencing them. Went to selfridges in Manchester yesterday instead and got excellent service. This was Friday lunchtime in the men's section. Not impressed won't be going again.

I purchased a pair of pants and was told my billing address did not match and when I returned the email back with my billing address my order was cancelled and it took a week to get my money back horrible customer service

Dear Dalton, i am very sorry for any inconvenience caused, the information on your order must match the information your card is registered too to pass the security checks,we cannot continue without proof of this, card payments are not instant either way and need to go through clearing with your bank, this was all explained via private e-mail. apologies again Hurley web team
