I ordered size S because I wear size S but armani jacket came very small like XS so I decided return it.They should warn buyer that this style jacket is very tight and dont fit true to size and buyer need order one size bigger.I have bust 85cm and waist 65cm and always buy size S.Hurley dont have free return and refund what I will receive will less how I paid because they dont refund original shipping fees.Poor service!

Hi Thank you for your review, i am sorry you find this jacket to be too small , looking at the size chart and the measurements you quote the small should be suitable but the medium would probably be a better fit for you on an outer garment for ease of movement , we do have that size available at the moment and we offer a free exchange if you would like to try this. If they had a Minus star that's what I would give them. Returned my online item almost 20days ago and they still have not been in touch or refunded me £239.00. I have sent around 3 emails to the customer sales team but no response at all. Very disappointed in their service!!

Never got my order, took my money for 2 weeks then told me the item was out of stock even though it still shows as in stock to this day! Refund took a further 5 days. Appalling customer service

RIP OFF THEY CHARGE YOU DELIVERY AND BLAME ROYAL MAIL THEY CAN CHOOSE WHETHER TO PASS ON DELIVERY CHARGE TO CUSTOMER AND TO TAKE 3.95 FOR A THREE DAY DELIVERY SERVICE IS JUST ROBBERY WHEN DPD WILL DO NEXT DAY FOR 3.95 STAY WELL CLEAR RIP OF MERCHANTS

Really nad service. Didnt get EVEN confirmation about my order. Asked few Times about this,also i have SENDED few message to customer service and no answer. Item never arrived . Had to call my bank to Her refund as i had no contact with seller! Better stay away

Customer service doesn’t exist at this Company! I went in to there Wigan Branch to buy a pair of jeans, she said she had the size of the jeans in stock on there system and was showing they had them in that branch but she couldn’t find them! after i had stood there for about 20 minutes and she had had 3 conversations with her friend while she was supposedly looking for them she gave up and said she couldn’t find them, i rang the Hurleys customer service number to tell them i wasn’t happy with the service and they said all they could do was say sorry and get the jeans sent over to another store for me to pick up and ring me back when they was ready, the phone call never came, absolute joke of a company who hasn’t got a clue what they are doing.

I wasn’t contacted until 10 days after the order to say there was a discrepancy with the billing address and that my order had been cancelled. The wallet I ordered then went out of stock, I was very disappointed.

Frankly speaking, for so many years of experience in online shopping, with Hurleys it was the worst! The card was charged, but the item was never delivered, nor I received a tracking number for the parcel. Moreover, nobody replies on my e-mails!

Absolutely shocking faulty goods returns procedure. Leather literally peeled off shoes and when returned I had to wait over 1 month for them to check whether it was a fault !!! I can now have a refund however as I cannot get there in person as I am caring for my terminally ill father they will not accept my debit card and return slip to process ! This store is not somewhere I would buy from again !!!

Ordered a jumper as a Christmas gift and received an email to say my address was incorrect. Responded to the email, to never hear back. Had to ring them and staff were not helpful and wanted me to cancel and re-order. It is not an easy to navigate website and team are not very customer friendly - didn't want to help, received blunt answers. Will not be trying to order anything again. Will now go elsewhere. Stay clear.

I received my jeans I ordered and there were two holes at the hip. I returned it and they sent back to me. I will fight until I get full repayment as these were faulty !!!! Very disappointed will not use again !!

Hi Angela Thank you for your comments , our packing is closely recorded the jeans were laid flat and checked from all angles on camera I would be happy to send you footage of this , Freddy jeans are very close fitting and need to be rolled on as stockings, the jeans you returned had holes in them and were dirty from wear , we can only accept items returned in their original condition.
