“Order placed 10th May, and two months later still absolutely nothing. After the first month I started asking for a refund, still nothing, just automated email responses thanking for patience and claiming that “someone from our team will be in touch soon”… obviously nobody ever gets in touch. Appalling customer service. They are either incompetent and taking orders on items no longer in stock, or they are intentionally taking orders with no plans to honour them. Either way avoid this site like the plague!”

“Awful customer service. I ordered a hoodie on the 4th June, still have not received it a month later. I’ve emailed over 10 times and the replies are only saying we’ll get back to you (which they never do). Do not buy from here.”

“I placed my first ever order with Huh Store on 4 May and 2 months later I am still waiting for it to arrive. Every time I chased this up I am given a standard response ' We’re currently working through a backlog, but we haven’t forgotten you. Your message is still in our queue, and someone from our team will be in touch as soon as possible'. I am extremely disappointed with the Customer Service”

“Really bad I ordered 2months ago now emailed back to say order delay 8-10 days have contacted loads of tmm in es with no response avoid at all costs 2months and still no item is ridiculous and customer service abysmal !!”

“Absolutely no communication = zero. I requested a refund, but nothing happened. Their e-mail-bot keeps sending apologies, but it seems there are no real people working there. Terrible customer service — I won't be ordering from this e-shop again. BTW, in this ridiculous form you have to answer checkbox questions like: How quickly did the company reply to your queries? = Never. Zero communication. How would you rate the customer service you received? = 0/5 — absolutely unacceptable. How easy was it to get a refund? = I didn’t get a refund. I didn’t get anything at all from this terrible e-shop. How many days did the refund take? = Never happened. No response, no refund, nothing.”

“Placed an order in March- after two months of no delivery I asked to cancel for a refund, I was told I would get my refund. Its now July and I still hasn't received my refund (or the order). Funny how this store has a low rating on trustpilot but their website says they have an "excellent" rating...completely false and dishonest company.”

“They couldn't deliver the items within the timescale initially given at the time of ordering so I asked for the sale to be cancelled and to receive a refund. I was told the refund had been issued and I would receive it in 3-10 working days, the deadline being 26th June. It's now the 30th June and I have no refund and no replies to me emails! AVOID!!!!! Will be going through my bank to sort the situation. Terrible company.”

“I placed an online order on the 16th June for a pair of jeans. On the 17th I got en email stating my delivery is delayed, and will take between 7-10 working days. Today is working day 9, I emailed customer service for an update, and no response from them either. Not sure I'll be receiving this order. Terrible service.”

“Bought a Carhartt backpack last May 4th and six weeks later I’m still waiting for it to arrive. Customer service keep telling me that they have stock problem but promised that stock will arrive in 7-10 days time but obviously it never did. But the most annoying part is, while apparently there’s no stock , there’s still selling it online. Needless to say , I cancelled my order. Very very poor service. Disgrace really.”
