Ordered few Carhartt tees Still in process chasing them for answer no replies says order is delayed I would avoid buying from them

Ordered a Carhartt t-shirt in January. In June, I still have not received the item. I’ve had 5 months of various automated replies telling me me my item will be shipped in 8-10 working days mixed with more personal replies telling me my item is expected in the next week. This has repeated as a cycle for months. For over three weeks now I’m still pursuing a refund. All I get is rested holding auto replies to say there’s a back log on order responses. Terrible service and no sign of getting my money back or the item. They still show the item as in stock on their site! I’ve now discovered multiple friends with similar issues who’ve ordered stuff on the sale from huh.store Feels like a scam!

Shocking. Ordered months ago on next day delivery. Still haven’t received my order and haven’t been updated once. No way to contact customer services apart from a live chat on their website which I’m yet to get a response from.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Exceptionally poor service. They are selling items as in stock when they don't have them and then do everything in their power to avoid issuing a refund. I've repeatedly tried to contact them to cancel my order and issue a refund but they can't even do this properly.

You are the worst retailer I’ve ever come across. I have been waiting for 2 months for my order, have had no response from you and have made a complaint and requested a refund- no action. Then I have a notification of dispatch but no order still, no tracking. It feels like theft and deception

I ordered and paid for a top for my nephews birthday Easter weekend, paid for next day delivery and am yet to receive my purchase. I received 3 emails each stating that there were delivery issues. I have not been offered a refund or been updated regarding my purchase 2 months later!! I would not recommend or purchase from this company again.

This retailer is a joke! Do not buy from here! I’ve ordered 2 items over the last 6 months and not received either. Money has been taken for items they do not hold in stock! Currently waiting over 10 weeks for a pair of Carhartt jeans that I can get from End, HIP, Carhartt pretty much next day. Save yourself the bother.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered in March, it's now late June and order still not here. I've emailed multiple times and had no real response or resolution, this place is definitely a scam, or they just don't know how to run a business. I've not even been offered a refund (which I've asked for via email).

I was notified my order was delayed for potentially months. Therefore requested to cancel the order. Subsequently I’ve received notification it has been delivered. The order has not be delivered. I am still awaiting refund.

I have ordered a t shirt on May 3rd 2025. To this date 23/06/2025 it still has not been delivered. Customer service team keep suggesting products will be shipped within 1-2 weeks and are dealing with backlog. After asking for a refund I am getting no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Will never order again from this company, ordered jeans 4 weeks ago still haven't arrived, communication awful, if they don't have stock in their warehouse it shouldn't be on the site. A full refund has been requested

I ordered a jacket from Huh on 28 April. After a week I was told there would be a 7-10 day delay due to dispatch delay. I received no further communication. I tried to follow up on the chat function but eventually that was disabled. I tried to contact customer service and they kept saying another 2 weeks, another 2 weeks. It has been 2 months and once again I have been told it will be another two weeks. To make matters worse, the same jacket remains on the their store and now has had an even bigger markdown. I can't tell if that is misrepresentation or straight up fraud but I would advise nobody should trust this company to fulfil their orders. Avoid - save your hard earned cash for somewhere else. If could give them 0 stars that's exactly what I would do.

Purchased items, delayed, then delayed again - order cancelled & ‘refunded’. Refund never received! Thankfully I was able to raise a claim via PayPal … be very cautious in ordering from here. I’m not sure what is going on, but it’s not looking good!

⭐ 1 star Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order worth £650 on the 25th of March — nearly three months ago — and I have received nothing. Despite repeated emails, I’ve been fobbed off with the same generic response every time, offering no real explanation, no update, and no resolution. For a company handling high-value orders, this level of communication is completely unacceptable. I’ve asked for clear answers: • What’s causing the delay? • When will my order actually arrive? If you can’t fulfil the order, I expect a full refund immediately. Unless I receive a proper response and resolution immediately, I will be reporting this to Trading Standards and raising a dispute with my bank. Deeply disappointed and frustrated. Would not recommend.

I ordered a Carhartt bag with a 2-3 day delivery period. Told that there was a 'delay' of 7-10 working days making it too late for an intended gift. Cancelled the order via email. I have not received the bag or the refund, it's been nearly three weeks. See TrustPilot for the real reviews. Many customers have a poor experience. Having no contact number is proof of keeping customers at a distance due to high level of complaints. I expect many of their products are drop shipped from the EU and have very long delivery times. You would be better off buying direct from the brands.
