“Awesome, original, well sourced and intriguing stuff that I don't really need but want... I purchased a collection of little carved wooden animals. Made in Malaysia but designed in Denmark... Its the same touristy wooden elephant, zebra, lion etc that you'd see in a market in Asia.... But some bright Scandinavian folk has specified a colour palette and design... They're awesome. Bought a collection for my nieces birthday but may keep them for myself. Keep up the great work.”

“HUH make you pay for returns. Tracked, so you pay premium (£6) as they can dispute it never arrived. I did this on a tracked parcel and over 1 month later still have no refund. Whatever 10% discount offer is lost if you return the purchase. Amateur after care.”

Hi Matt, Thank you for your feedback. We recommend using a tracked service for returns so that you can track your delivery, as well as being entitled to compensation should anything happen to your parcel. This is only a recommendation and you are welcome to post your order back with any service you wish. I can confirm your return was received and a refund was processed on 15th June. I have resent your refund confirmation email. I can see in our email conversation we did not dispute your return or that it had arrived.
