“This store has in the past been stellar, although that was for clothes. However, I placed two orders for home accessories in June 2023 for over £1000, I'm yet to receive just over £600 of my goods ordered by late November 2023. Despite one reply to numerous emails/messages, that I would receive shipment sometime in September or early October, no shipment or follow-up emails/messages were received. Another issue is my use of Klarna, which while the payments were with a Credit Card has caused complications in claiming Section 75”

“I ordered a Ferm living Verso vase in MARCH, I have still not received it. I have chased numerous times. IF I get a reply I am told there will be another delivery in two weeks. This is now unacceptable I feel. I am terribly disappointed.”

“Items were still undelivered after 3 months, so I requested a refund. I am still waiting for that refund one month later. Emails and messages ignored, Insta comments deleted. No replies or communication, £259 down.”
