“Hay toaster took months to come , when it arrived it was broken. Customer service takes weeks to reply to emails and when they finally did respond to say they would send a replacement it never arrived. I can’t get any response from them at all now. It’s been 7 months since I ordered the toaster and still no resolution”

“HUH. Have a great selection of products and great to shop. Order arrived quickly and well packaged. Only criticism would be the returns process which feels a little outdated without a returns portal like other online retailers.”

“I know huh will always deliver on time. Their customer service is great and very easily accessible for any assistance needed with orders. I think their website is very varied- the only brand I would love to see on it is Hübsch.”
