Terrible customer service. I ordered for next day delivery, after 4 days I cancelled the order. I have sent 14 emails asking for a refund over the period of 1 month and still nothing.

Ordered an item and it never arrived. Said that there was a delay and would be here within the next 7-10 days, but the item never came. Asked for a refund and got ignored. Thankfully, got my money back by contacting PayPal who sorted it. Awful customer service, would not recommend shopping here

I have been waiting for my order for 6 weeks with no reply to chase ups other than automatic ones when chasing for updates. If I ever get the goods ordered I worry about the legitimacy of this company!

The worst store I have ever dealt with! Been six weeks since I ordered a jacket and have been waiting five of those weeks for a real response/ order update. The email responses are all automated and say 3-10 days for refunds again a lie as I have been waiting 3 weeks for one. Should have read the reviews. Avoid at all costs.

A scam, I ordered an item that has never been received and all emails have been ignored. I’ve had to try and get a refund from my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered a product, didn't arrive. I waited, and it still didn't arrive. I tried contacting and got AI responses, and there's no phone line. It's now been 2 months, and I just get repeated AI responses. The worst, avoid at all costs.

I have been scammed by the company. I ordered a tshirt nearly a month ago and I have not received the order, I have had no updates and have sent several emails with no reply except for automated replies. I have not received the item or a refund and the company have not tried to resolve the matter. Do not use.

They sent 1 of 7 items of my order and wouldn’t refund me for what they never delivered (£300+). Their service team/process is maliciously incompetent, I now need to take them to small claims court

I Ordered a Carhartt bag on the 2nd of September. On the 11th of September I had received no shipping notification or order progress of any kind so I emailed asking for an update. I received a reply on the same day explaining that the item I purchased wasn't actually in stock and that they are waiting for a restock. On the 26th of September there had been no further communication. On this day I requested a refund and have only received automated replies since. I will requesting a chargeback via my bank. I could not recommend HUH. Store on this basis.

Abominable, bordering on a scam. Ordered Carhartt dungarees in May, was told there were 'delays', given incorrect delivery timelines four times. Eventually requested a refund, we're in mid-October now and I've still not had one.

Ordered a bag in August, was told it was on a back order. It’s now October, still no bag. Have sent multiple emails and just get an automated response. Customer service is non existent. Have requested a refund…..and guess what, I got an automated response! Absolutely dreadful experience. Will be pleased when I get my money back although it may be in 2026 at this rate. Poor poor poor

Never ever ever use this store again. I have had two orders 139519 and 139915 which I ordered in April and have not received nor had a refund. Emails just get ignored nor have received goods nor refund. I just have sent 20 mails and no phone number. Absolute disgrace. Never order from this site I implore you.

Shocking service!! I ordered a carhartt rucksack on 12th August. It’s now 7th October and my item still hasn’t arrived. I have emailed several times to ask for an update and, more recently, a refund, however, all I get is a standard email response. 2 months of chasing an item I paid for in good faith is poor! Issue still unresolved.

Placed an order for an in-stock item and to expect delivery in 2-4 days. Order delayed after chasing and given another 7-10 days lead time by someone called Jack. It has now been 3 weeks and I'm only receiving automated emails as a response. Requested a refund, however I'm not holding out much hope for a swift resolution given the recent reviews. Terrible.
