“Ordered the items last Monday 7th still not arrived:
Delivery says 3-5 days and called them and delivery it supposed to be tomorrow the 15th.
Know one contacted me and no updates from site on delivery.”
“Lack of contact regarding delivery date and time etc. I had to call them to check delivery date, they said on the day of delivery driver will contact me, no contact made by delivery driver.Cotswold chipping was poor quality, too much powdery sand in them, will not order these from Howarth timber.”
“The quality of the timber was spot on unlike some other places where they give you the can't sell stuff. But I think an email or tx on the day of delivery would be a good idea.”
“I ordered just a bulk bag of cotswold stone for a residential address. The driver expertly manouvered his truck onto a small back street and skillfully deployed the bag using the on board crane into the exact space required. Excellent quality stone and a very professional delivery service. Easy to navigate website and hassle free checkout process. Very pleased with the service from start to finish. I can confidently recommend Howarth Timber.”
“Wouldn't it be nice to have your order delivered before you ask for a review. It's been 5 working days since I placed my order. You say you will deliver it within 3 to 5 days. You have not contacted me with any idea of when it will be delivered.”
“I needed to order decking boards and joists, the sales team at Howarth were friendly and helpful. Delivery was within a few days, and again the Howarth driver delivering the order was really helpful. I am more than happy to recommend Howarth Timber.”
“As a first time visitor to howarth timber I found the signage a bit confusing as I was told to go to the carpark and I only found this out by asking an operative, after which I drove through the pick up area and eventually found the carpark. On entering the shop I was given some paperwork and told to go back out to the drive through pick up area and give the paperwork to an operative to get the item.On doing this I was then told by the operative to go back into the shop and complete the paperwork,as my car was in the carpark I had to carry the item back into the shop to complete the paperwork. I think this system is very long winded and should be simplified especially for a non trade person like myself, also the signage needs improving.”
