Staff at branch were helpful and apologetic but the whole experience was a shambles and extremely amateurish. Not something you expect from an established company.”

“Part order delivered without explanation of the missing item. A week later I was still waiting. It was only after my second call that I was told that they didn’t have the item (3 off) and couldn’t order in. We agreed I would cancel this. The refund was made promptly. The disappointing aspect was that I hadn’t been kept updated!”
