“Delivery always spot on, but seems everytime I order a particular size hardcore I am sent the wrong size! Twice it has happened now, not sure why this happens when my order is correct but sent the wrong item?! Puts me off ordering again, no paperwork came with last delivery, was put on my driveway 3 days earlier than expected so woke up to them sat there!”
“I was very impressed with the price of the fencing boards I received as well as the really great service. I was called to confirm the order delivery a few days before, and I thought I'd be hanging around all day for the delivery, but the chap arrived at 9am and helped me unload.
Fantastic service and I don't think I'd use anyone else now.”
“Really good costumer service, the price was unbelievable compared with other suppliers and the quality of the timber was excellent.
Definitely recommend.”
“Good communication. Contacted in advance to arrange delivery date. Driver was really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble in helping to put the timber in the right place.”
“Easy to order on line with immediate confirmation, had a message on day of delivery then a call from the driver regarding delivery. Delivery Driver was outstanding, noted my instructions and offloaded as arranged, a credit to your business, top man”
