“Service was very good ring up to ask questions lady checked all the info she has and clarified only issue was it was flat packed and that wasn’t made clear as I would have paid for assembly if it had been offered .. instruction weren’t great but the product is good quality etc”

Only suggestion is to add what length wood comes in - although ordered per meter it would be useful to know longest length available, and sometimes it is easier to just order full lengths.”
“The Chippings I ordered were perfect for the job and at a very good price. The delivery driver was very helpful and placed the bulk bags just where I wanted them. My only criticism is that I asked for a specific delivery date on the order form and confirmed that via email, but unfortunately I didn't receive any confirmation email/message from the company. So I was left wondering when the stones would arrive. Thankfully they did arrive on the day that I had requested .”
“Unfortunately the delivery lorry couldn't fit down our track but luckily I had their best driver and he dropped it as far down the track as he could for me to handball it to where I needed it”
“Very good service & good price. It turned up a day early- which could've been a problem as I had 5 tonnes of gravel on my drive to move unexpectedly. BUt no real problem as I had the time anyway.
Driver was very friendly and tried as much as he could to accomodate a very dificult and tight drop in a big truck.

“Delivery always spot on, but seems everytime I order a particular size hardcore I am sent the wrong size! Twice it has happened now, not sure why this happens when my order is correct but sent the wrong item?! Puts me off ordering again, no paperwork came with last delivery, was put on my driveway 3 days earlier than expected so woke up to them sat there!”
“Generally the experience was overall excellent the only downside was the lack of communication, I didn't receive any text or email to say that the items were ready to collect although upon arrival at the branch service was prompt and the goods were ready, one piece of the decorative moulding was not too good but as I only needed short lengths it was usable, would certainly use the branch again.”
“Great service from my local depot, ordering online for something extra was easy and delivery prompt and no fuss. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is the notification process for texts is after the event. I had 2 deliveries, the first one was delivered earlier than expected, I only realised because a text arrived telling me it was on its way, only to find it was already outside. Second delivery on the day I expected but text to tell me it was out for delivery arrived an hour later than the actual delivery. Either sort it out or don't waste your money on texts!”

“bought a bunch of sleepers, they look good, be aware some come with slightly rounded sides and bark, but hey what do you expect - wood grows on trees. Delivery was ontime and the driver was friendly. I know I will use them again as long as the price is right because I need more sleepers”

However Peter was very apologetic and sorted it out for first delivery next morning and that arrived as promised so all good. Received a follow up call to ensure I was happy and given delivery charge refund. Would use again.”
