“It cost me nearly £50 just for one 2 metre plank of wood. At the collection point, I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes before the only member of staff even acknowledged my presence. Then another 10 minute wait back at the sales counter to do the necessary paperwork.”

“Two deliveries and both fairly satisfactory. I bought some tongue and grove boards, bit disappointed that some of the tongues were broken and a few of the boards were split. They happened to be at the end so were lost to off cuts, so not a major issue. Some sub base bags split, but I had a free one thrown in to make up for the lost product - that was good to see.
Delivery times are a little vague. Wouldn’t mind a text or email to give the day of delivery. I get that times are difficult, but if it’s 3 to 5 days I would like to around. Delivery was quick though in 48hour. Great, but it was only luck that I hadn’t gone out. Drivers have been friendly and efficient on all occasions.
I like this firm. It’s local and has a good amount of stock. I will use again.”

“Not used the gravel yet and my only complaint would be some communication as to when it was to be delivered. Driver called 10 mins prior to delivery and I didn't even know it was arriving that day.”
“Ordered some cladding online which said there was so many meters in stock day after ordering had a phone call a really helpful guy saying there wasn't enough stock would be 3 weeks till it's made so would I like an alternative which was slightly thinner and cheaper so that would be brilliant they would call Monday to arrange a refund and delivery it's now Thursday I've had no confirmation of what's happening when the material will be getting delivered how much I've actually paid and the cost of the alternative product just so disappointing to have no update on anything I've called the office they said someone would call (today) and update me when the cladding would be delivered and still nothing”
“Ordered fence palings online. Never got an email or message to say order was ready for collect after confirmation email said lead time 3 - 5 days. Had to call branch and they were unapologetic claiming they never send out any kind of order ready for collection message. Are you supposed to be physically know when your order is ready?”
“Order processed efficiently with good communication. Timber was delivered timely and with care, stacked neatly on my drive. Timber is of a very good quality with minimal warping.”
