“As a first time visitor to howarth timber I found the signage a bit confusing as I was told to go to the carpark and I only found this out by asking an operative, after which I drove through the pick up area and eventually found the carpark.On entering the shop I was given some paperwork and told to go back out to the drive through pick up area and give the paperwork to an operative to get the item.On doing this I was then told by the operative to go back into the shop and complete the paperwork,as my car was in the carpark I had to carry the item back into the shop to complete the paperwork. I think this system is very long winded and should be simplified especially for a non trade person like myself, also the signage needs improving.”

“Always had great service but this time around was delivered lengths of timber I didnt order because you didn't have the requested lengths in stock. You increased the number of peices to take into account to total meter lengths but didnt tell me and we had the builder start using the timber only to find out we were then short because the cut offs werent long enough for the job required. Essentially its ended up costing me more to order double the timber due to your error.”
