“Great products and prices but terrible communication. When we ordered were told about 7 day delivery but never had a delivery day confirmed. I rang a week later and was told it was coming that day so we had no notice. Needed to be home and unlock alley gate and garden gate and arrange someone to wheelbarrow it to the back garden.”

Not a problem for me as was in. Delivery driver was very polite and helpful, put the stones exactly as wanted.. overall a good service”

“I ordered stones on Tuesday from the Mansfield store as they were local to us. It said 3-5 working days, so was expecting it within that time. I received no correspondence after placing my order. Had to call after the 3-5 working days where they said there was a delay due to summer and ‘everyone wants their gardens doing.’ Which I don’t see why it is my problem? I was then told they didn’t even have the stones in stock so would be ready in 2 days. I then rang as I was expecting the stones to be delivered but had received no correspondence. They then said they weren’t sure and would let me know. I had to get someone to wait in, as I obviously work and can’t just wait around, yet they didn’t come. I got a call back to say the delivery vehicle was too full. They said it would then be Saturday morning definitely which was 8 working days after order. He said I would receive a text about delivery before. I then get a knock at 10am, no correspondence until 4 hrs later when they said delivery was on its way, after it had arrived! Won’t order from here again… no compensation or apology. Paid £15 for a late delivery that I had to chase!”
