“In the past, I have tried and failed to care for plants, but hate the artifical plant look and wanted to give it another go. The plants that arrived from Hortology were beautiful, healthy, and they came with their own information sheet to help me care for them. So far they are thriving and I love the natural, relaxed vibe they bring to the home. I'll def be ordering more.”

“Our Son suggested ordering with you for our sister-in-law's special birthday. Your website had so many choices as well as the extras that we needed e.g. plant pot and inner plastic container. You very kindly informed me that I had ordered the wrong size for the pot I had ordered and you rectified the mistake. Excellent customer service. I would recommend your website and look forward to ordering again for the next celebration.”

“Ordered a Charlotte orange vase. There was only one left in stock which had a very small fault to the base. Hortology notified me if the fault sent an image and offered me a 10% discount. The vase was delivered quickly and I am delighted with the product. The Hortology Team were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them”

“They contacted me to let me know that the grow pots I’d selected wouldn’t fit in the plant pots just in case that was relevant for me and to avoid disappointment. I thought it was a really nice touch and good customer service in the conversation that followed. As soon as things were sorted my purchase was dispatched to me really quickly, and I’m happy with everything I received. Thank you!”

“I chose a plant, it was delivered well without fuss, and the recipient loves it, not sure its quite as tall as I ordered but arrived in very good health. I would use this company again. They were helpful as I had missed sending it to the correct address, this was quickly amended for me.”
