“We ordered a Charlotte Plant pot 30x33 spiced ochre. We were promptly informed that the pot was faulty and given either a discount or wait for new stock to arrive. We waited and within days our new pot arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased! Communication was excellent and I would recommend this company!”

“What can I say but sing praise for Hortology. What a wonderful company that I stumbled across in my quest for a particular houseplant. There was a slight issue after delivery, which when raised with the customer service team was handled promptly efficiently and satisfactorily. Alixx was super pleasant over the phone and so were all the others I dealt with. If you're looking to buy houseplants or houseplant related products look nowhere else but Hortology. The level of customer service I received was exceptional and I highly recommend the company without any hesitation.”
